Hello, I got declared upon yesterday the 2/5/2016 1:14:45 PM, I clicked on the nuking page and it showed that I can nuke the person immediately so I tested that and it directed me to the access denied page saying I can only nuke after 24 hours (as expected)
now it has been 24 hours, and I am still getting access denied when I try to nuke, I can provide screenshots or more information if required.
Browser is srWare Iron, although I tried it with firefox and got the same error(I highly doubt it's the browser).

Peace was agreed upon by all parties after next update, I would like to thank TPC for giving us an awesome war, and the misfits for fighting on our side and making it an awesome great war :)
but be ware TE, Endround is coming for us all, death and destruction will come with it, when the cold winds rises only nukes will heat planet steve.

I gotta be real here.
1. Threat levels has always been fine. Even in our last war they went around a bunch. Ultimately it has a minimal effect on your rebuild.
2. Did you think we were just going to bend over again and tell our guys to not use any dirty ops when war after war you guys use the same old tactics on us?
We will hold back when our opponents are willing to be respectful, otherwise let's not pretend this isn't your grudge match for previous rounds :P
I mean, I don't mind. I get that you want to fight us as we have done for the last few rounds, but for someone who said that what happens in the previous rounds should stay there I'm not quite sure what has happened this round to make you want to do this?
See my friend, nothing really happened, it is just that Defcon 1 are a bunch of cowards, they are scared to take you when you are at your best, so they wait for times like this because otherwise they can't win.

alright, a big war like that needs planning, we have 10 alliances that are over 2 members now,

Do we do 5 vs 5? or divide by strength? numbers?....any further ideas?

Misfits will honour the christmas ceasefire as per every round. Although i suggest it last slightly longer to get us through the new year too and then have a big war on like the 2nd or 3rd
Building on what Eddy said, after the peace, we could divide up all the major alliances into two equal teams, and scrap it out.
So, the time has come, are we gonna do this? would be lots of fun to have a big 2 teams world war :)

Maybe I just need to drink more as I keep getting shocked every time I get on here. I know I shouldn't, but can't believe the amount of !@#$%*ing that goes on here, lol.
Citadel has some new leadership in place this round. Kong stepped down for RL issues a couple of rounds ago, I stepped down this round as RL has caught up to me, so our new leadership was giving it a shot. Was this war a perfectly even one or an updeclare, probably not. Was it way out of proportion in our favor, no as well. NloN got some peace from us because they didn't !@#$%* and moan about the war and frankly, we needed some available slots to counter Krabz DoW on us.
As for Misfits leader continuing to say "tried to recruit us"...you must think, at least a little tiny bit, highly of us enough to ensure that everyone on this forum knew that I tried to recruit you, as you have said it multiple times in different threads, lol. As I am seeing your completely uncalled for reaction to our DoW on you, I'm honestly really glad you turned me down. We don't want a bunch of complaining members in our AA. So, can we just pretty please just shut our traps now and finish out this war with some dignity so I can go back to drinking heavily. It would be much appreciate.
Come to think of it, I can't recall every seeing you NOT !@#$%* about any war declared on you, can anyone else?
Good luck with new leadership Citadel, Over estimation of the enemy happens, not every war is perfect, I know you are not bullies and that you are not trying to ruin peoples fun, NLoN are not that useful to fight on one side against(sorry mates, but for your size, you should get better at fighting).
We filled in the counters you didn't have from NLoN and The Misfits.
This kinda of thing happened to us 2 round ago, when we also over estimated the alliance we fought against, as well as last round NDO/Eurasia we over estimated Eurasia.

And we are not money wasting idiots to buy MPs that early in the round. plus I like the fun of a non nuclear war, where it makes sense to spend a bit on air planes.

The eradication of the gentlemen agreement and making the alliances "fend for them selves" will only make TE a very comfortable environment to host trolls and bullies.
I give as an example a game you might have heard off called DayZ, that games idea is that you are found in apocalyptic world full of zombies, you only have one life, and you have to survive, so it was exactly as you described, "fend for your self". the human players could have worked together shared resources, killed off all the god damn zombies, but given that humans are natural !@#$%^&, chaos broke in the DayZ planet, that created alliances who rob and steal stuff from new players, in conclusion, as a player trying out a new game, you really didn't need to be afraid of zombies, you need to be afraid of gaming for weeks, then having some group of !@#$%^& steal all what you have worked for, kill you and you will start from 0.
TE is not a lawless planet where alliances devour each other to the death, pick on the weak, steal their resources and give absolutely no chance for new players. I have started playing CN TE(mid round 34) before I started really exploring the pile of boring crap that is planet bob, right in the start, I got bullied by some !@#$%^&...but over the rounds, I have come to learn about the unwritten rules of the gentlemen agreement, and that the community has agreed, to basically no trolling and no down declaring...etc
Every round there was some rule breakers,and those rule breakers themselves would defend the rules they just broke when others broke them, that is not because the gentlemen agreement sucks or failed to prevent people from breaking the rules, that is because the gentlemen agreement is also the "unwritten gentlemen agreement". As long as we have unwritten rules, we will always have people trying to manipulate those rules in their favor.
When I left TDO to create Krabz with blacklight, our Idea was an alliance that would welcome newbies(like me and most of my friends who played then), teach them how to play, and have lots and lots of wars.
Right off day 7 we got down declared upon by D1 and RE, reason you ask? we were simply TDO members in round 35, this of course did not abide by any unwritten rules, and it was not gentle at all, Krabz lost about half it's members, some of my friends (IRL) complained "why the $%&@ would I play such a game where I'm not even given a chance", and it wasn't only Krabz, If you remember a small micro called Fat Freddy, that was lead by another former TDO member, also got completely destroyed for the round.
put your self in that place, and ask your self, "where is the fun in that?"
The two alliances broke the rules because they wanted revenge of something that had happened in the round before, but those two alliances would lead the round defending the agreement they just broke because another new alliance (Eurasia) has just violated the same agreement they did.
What I'm trying to do is not complain about something that happened in the past rounds, I'm just trying to show, that as long as that agreement remain unwritten, it will be open to interpretation by whoever wants to manipulate it to further their own goals, removing it, will create a universe like DayZ where the strong and experienced pick on the new noobs.
Granted, the drama of round 36 was fun, but there wont be any drama if there is no body left to play TE, whatever we do, somebody will find a way to create drama, removing the rules will only create chaos not drama.
A middle ground is to have a Written Gentlemen agreement, that will be the only TE official treaty. we can make it as flexible as possible by discussing it here on the OWF, when we are done, we will have something signed by the major alliances of TE, that would stop anybody from crying "gentlemen agreement" when it suits them, and ignoring its rule when it suits them.
In conclusion I think of TE as a fighting arena, where alliances pick challenges according to numbers and stats not friends and allies,I have never won an award, I always tried to end the round with less infra and money than what I started with.
It keeps the game challenging it keeps the wars fun, and even though fair wars are less dramatic, fighting is fun when you have a challenging opponent, not when it's like killing insects. I had fun in round 37 I don't know what you guys are talking about it being boring.
Currently, this round has been more interesting and fun than many recent others. Activity is up which is good for everyone.
Most know and some will disagree with my stance, but I prefer to use every option available in the game mechanics.
In our recent Krabz war we chose to be flexible and agreed to not nuke Krabz - well what good did that do for us in RE? Was it a PR win? Perhaps but we still seem to be despised so perhaps it wasn't worth the PR effort. In hindsight I should never of agreed to that and we should have burned them down.
It got them off easy, and allowed them to build further with XP. They should have thanked us lol! Now they're on the world stage still in what seems to be one of the biggest world wars we've had in TE - this early on at least. Good for Krabz and more power too them, but strategically it would have made more sense for RE to have taken them down when the opportunity was there - but we decided to play nice.
See we're not so bad and evil are we?
My point is, CNSE is the place for treaties and niceties etc. Here is war, war, war and what ever other dirty trick you can muster behind the scenes to win and overthrow your opponents. Doing "the right thing" in the eyes of some in reality did a disservice to RE. Krabz came out stronger than they otherwise would have been, simply because we let it happen.
What PR mate? if you wanted some PR, you could have wedged a fair war, and not keep mocking us afterwards for only making the most logical decision to benefit our alliance.
As we said, we had no problem with a clean war, we understood that the inactivity of our members isn't your responsibility and even though your assumption of us "laying low to avoid war" was wrong, it was still valid and understandable.
We surrendered because you insisted on Nuking us and using dirty spy ops, something this early in the round would have ended up burning us as you said, and it is this kind of attitude that Krabz doesn't like. I do not want to burn anybody here, and us "taking the stage" in a world war, have done nothing strategically for RE, we stayed well away from hitting you guys, and tbh, I don't even want to fight you.
You could have had your fight if you agreed to no dirty spy ops, and if you haven't agreed to anything and went on hitting us without accepting peace, then I would have pleaded for help on the OWF like NDO did in round 36, so even strategically none of what you did made sense or would have benefited RE in anyway, in fact, when I made the target list and we hit the counters, most of you guys had no navy, so blockades wouldn't have benefited RE as well.
TE is a place for war war war, you are right about that, and if both parties agreed to dirty spy op the crap out of each other then fine.
But using every dirty trick in the book and trolling people is something better left for SE, when you say war war war, I hope you mean actual war where both parties have a chance of winning, not where one AA is simply burning the other without even giving them a chance, because this is called bullying bullying bullying then.
BTW, I still didn't buy generals, most of us didn't get much xp off of you guys, you got more than we did, because if you remember, we don't raid (and we boot the Krabz who do). I'd rather go without generals for half the round than raid someone(another thing I disagree with most of TE on).

The thing is you don't have to ask TDO for help. The community knows they will back you when they feel it is needed. TDO will only help their friends which means they clearly don't follow correct policies that they claim to do.we usually carry a pretty big punch but Jesus we can't do anything against citadel right now it's just that ugly. As far as everyone I won't list of alliances and speak on their behalf but it's most of the ones that find themselves caught up in TDO. Anytime you plan anything with TDO you have to say well if krabz steps in then this needs to happen

As for planning war, as long as you are not down declaring or trying to plan some lame coalition on TDO , Krabz wont come in to help why should we?, unfair wars are simply not fun, on the other hand, if anybody down declares on anybody else, and Krabz can help, then we will.
Most of my relationship with TDO is chatting with Cazaric and Octavia about CN unrelated stuff, we are friends, but we understand that a full on treaty is a terrible idea, we both play on different fields (TDO has less noobs that !@#$@#$ BUILD WITHOUT A TC, sorry, I'm still mad at the Krabz who keep doing that), and tbh, we would like to fight each other more than we would like to fight on one side, that is why I hit Cazaric and Octavia last endround.

Robert, mantra about "huge Citadel down declare " had been flashed here again and again. Many missed the fact, that we went with bare arses against nukes and ratio of nuclear strikes till now was more 1 to 10 against us..we have former Daleks as well, which changed our level quite a bit.
..but whatever. Also, you don't need to like us anymore, really :)

things happened this round, Roman Empire raided us, then they raided the New League of Nations, Defcon 1 raided The Alliance, The Dark Order attacked the Roman Empire, and made them cry a bit, Citadel had a war, or a big Joke they called a war (sorry Citadel, I like you, but look at your war screen, this is ridicules),Defcon 1 attacked The Dark Order, Ordo Paradioxia and The Phoenix Cobras had the war I envy
Krabz will provide all the help we can, to The Dark Order, and the Misfits.

You know, I have never been a fan of The Dark Order, always spoke against them, I hate that !@#$%^& Cazaric, but Defcon1 raiding them is a huge down declare,despite my hatred against all of those !@#$%^&,I wont let them suffer like that.
You also know we are very friendly to the Misfits, me and Kaboom have secret meetings behind the locker rooms to make out(Kaboom, you know I love you buddy), The Misfits are my favorite allies and friends, never a day goes by where I don't wake up with a smile on my face while thinking of my love for The Misfits.
As always, we think dirty spy ops and blockades suck, and we will only use them in retaliation (please don't make us use them, we would like you all to rebuild, be as strong as you can, so we can have a fun after new years war, let us have enough money to make that huge)

TDOv2 are not 'treatied' to TDO, they are simply friends who do not attack each other and enter on behalf of the other if they are Getting beat down.
The problem with misfits is that they are not TDOv2sentence....you know what to do

TDO can say what they will but showed no interest in misfits getting a severe down declare only interest in krabz. I guarantee had RE down declared misfits they wouldn't give 2 !@#$%. It's the picking game of who you like not what is right and when Caz sits here and says "oh that's not a far declare on krabz we will attack" then when misfits is involved in a mess then say "why would we help those that don't like us" again not going my morales but going by friendships. I personally don't mind krabz and have talked to blacklight myself, granted 2 rounds ago krabz pulled a pretty awful declare on us as well. But the connections everyone knows between krabz and TDO are bothering to everyone
yeah, that only says that Cazaric wont help you, not that Cazaric will only help us, and we did not ask TDO to hit RE, and it is not only us that RE mass raided, it is also NLoN (Edit, I don't know how I wrote NDO here lol).
2 rounds ago, we did a miscalculation in which the alliances on your side, were of no help to you, but the misfits fought gloriously as in every time we fought you after, you gave us a great fun fight. I'm glad to see the misfits in higher numbers, despite all our disagreements, Misfits and TPC fall under my favorite people to fight list.
Define everyone. We are friendly to a lot of people in TE, and I welcome a war against, or alongside anyone as long as it's fair, including you, and TDO and except for RE, I want nothing from those people.

Robert.....Caz just openly admitted TDO will fight/support you because you guys are allies/ I mean buddies. 2 you just made a big deal saying RE is so bad for picking awful down declares and hitting NLON. WHAT IN THE $%&@ do you think citadel is doing. Stop playing the buddies/treaties came and admit something for once. EVERYONE knows this is obvious, it's right in front of us. And as eddy said, it's not a matter who you like don't like, it's about these policies you pretend to have. It doesn't matter who the alliance is, if bull !@#$ is taking place people need to step up and take care of it.
I agree on the citadel part as well, TDO also said that they would have done that if RE had down declared on anyone else.
We are friendly to TDO, and I do like cazaric, but Krabz and TDO are not allied, and a war between us at some point is possible.

Second, the 'mass raid' on nightmare movement which you are referring to was in retaliation for their 3 initial attacks along with threats from their insane leader, Juagernut (who was eventually overthrown).

This is why I don't like you Kaboom, What makes us TDO V2? Just because our Gov were in TDO, and are friendly to them does not make us them, We never planned a war with TDO, the only time we fought on their side, is at the massive down declare of D1 and RE of round 35.

First- our war against NLoN last round was a huge up declare, and the reason we were targeted was sticking up for misfits. In fact, Citidale hadn't fought at all at the time, and they were the same size as us, yet when they finally fought it was a down declare on OP.
Second- let's not put 'cry' in quotes, the very reason we haven't toppled you the last few rounds was because of the scene you made when we kicked you to the curb (that thread made me nauseous).
And lastly, those freeloading Krabz were a fair fight, they have nice warchest and last round we updeclared on them and took our licks.

Your war with NLoN last round was a mass raid that stopped after a day, just like the mass raid you guys did on us the round before that, and the mass raid on Nightmare Movement in round 35.

In the wake of the current crisis, we had discussed and came to a very tough decision. We weighed both REs best interest and Krabz best interest and we decided to meet half way with them.
We will war until wars expire... full wars, no limits (meaning nukes, dirty spy ops, and blockades) as we want our friends to EARN their XP, which they desire. However, we will give them peace for an official surrender. And/Or, if they want to keep their dignity then they can war until rounds expire with NO MORE DECLARES starting on November 30th. (See, we can be fair)
I hope that Krabz finds this as a mutual and fair agreement- and to our friends over there, we wish you a fun war.

I misread entitlement ans entertainment.
So, to answer you correctly, my sense of what "fair game" should be is completely in its place, and I think most of what I said is in the "gentleman agreement" you rushed to defend in the rounds before.
So what I'm asking for is to make this more fair so we can all have fun, we both know that TE isn't about ruining collections and slowing growth down.
what I asked for is beneficial to both our alliances.

Oh Yes, I did now, and it worked, I thought it was a bug because it was always showing me that I can nuke, but preventing me when I tried to instead of telling me when exactly I can nuke as always.
