This could be implemented in SE and TE, but since i'm active in TE i'll post it here.
This game is awesome, and waring is a big thrill, but a bit more visual stimulation would make it even more fun, so i suggest you use GIFs for wars instead of JPEG or PNG..etc
it is smaller in size, would look way more fun, and you can make it some sort of a contest where members suggest different GIFs for different scenarios (Nuking, Cruising, Aggressive attacks.....) and then pick the ones you like best (with paying attention to the rights of this GIFs, i'm not a lawyer, but i assume you can get sued if you use the wrong pic).
You can also have an array of different GIFs for each scenario, and every time that scenario gets called(lets say aircraft attack), you have a function that pics a GIF from that array at random (given that this function won't slow things down).

others were less active than we expected, but still the ones who fought, fought well.
We all enjoyed the war, and hope to meet on the battlefield once again someday.

Newsflash - The Eurasian Generals have declared the NDO Front to be a total success. Eurasian Victory Parades are to be held in all major Roman Empire and DEFCON 1 cities. War time rations have been increased from 7 kilograms per day to 6 kilograms per day.
The NDO front was very easy, i would like to see Eurasia win in a war where the odds are equal.

Eurasia Members: I get your complaints that D1 & RE don't have the moral high ground they are claiming to have, they don't, that is obvious, you are a new alliance playing the SE kind of gameplay, as i explained here, it does not work.
this NDO trolling you're doing is wrong,the declaration was wrong, and no matter how much i disagree and dislike D1&RE, i will not deny that they made the right move to defend NDO, if they didn't someone else would have, however the way they did it was fine at the start, but now its just stupid.
RoadRash leaving is a great loss to the TE community and i for one would hate to see that happen, he is no hypocrite, he plays for fun and holds no grudges,he is right to complain, and he is right in his claim that if you're gameplay stays this way, that won't sit well with the other alliances in TE (not meaning that as a threat, but as an observation from past somewhat similar actions done by big alliances in TE).
I would request you compromise and make peace with people you dislike, for the sake of NDO, it is logical, that they won't leave the people who helped them in war and i completely understand RoadRash doing that, i would have done the same if i was in his place.
I can see in the other thread, that peace or cease fire, or what ever that should be was achieved,that is a start, believe me, i 100% understand your complaints about D1 & RE, but you are WRONG about NDO. only for the sake of the game & NDO, compromise and come out as the bigger guys .

Dario, stick your nose where it belongs teaching your newbies. As for Eurasia they still hitting NDO to this day (multi wars), no let up on NDO. Our negotiations for peace were yes peace we will peace out stop actions to NDO (4 days ago). The famous DeadOne, mumbled we not offering peace yet, we moved to another negotiator and his plee w/ the DeadOne was even worse response. Let the DeadOne step down, his nations will soon see he has no regard but to his pride. Once all wars are stopped on a unconditional non agreement (NDO) just plane stopped. D1 will have talks to send peace with others. Until DeadOne is gone, his legacy will shrink and burn w/his nations.
The DeadOnes offering for a approach too him now is absurd for NDO to have peace. This message here is to Eurasia:
Stop all wars to immediately (to NDO) send peace, your gov cant speak for you. Your leader is Dead! Send a new party to D1 we will stop the maddness!
It's hilarious that you think this kind of talk will intimidate me, this conflict would have been over way earlier if you know how to talk like a normal person, and not just order people who really don't give a fuck about your orders, boy.

I would like to think our words, at least, are generally slightly more polite than that.
But you are correct. We have very little regard for the way things are done here. When a predecessor alliance of Eurasia came into the game it was immediately raided, and when it fought back it was countered with overwhelming force. Eurasia has no respect for such actions.
Earlier this round, alliances that now, declaring themselves to be acting in the name of morality, march against us, attacked alliances in what surely must be classified as a down declare. They used tactics that cannot be considered sportsmanlike and they launched spy attacks that while we see as valid they claimed in the Declaration of War to classify as 'dirty' and pledged not to use. Eurasia has no respect for such hypocrisy.
So yes, alliances such as RE and DEFCON can 'go suck it' as you so succinctly put it. If they have so little regard for the agreement that governs this world then I do not see why Eurasia must hold it in any regard.
However, not all alliances in this world act like those two. I do not yet have enough information to pass judgement, but from what others have said and my own observations of their actions there are some such as your own that do act in a fashion closer to the fashion one would expect given the agreement and those alliances we do hold in far higher regard than those alliances whose actions reek of hypocrisy.
Due to this, and due to the fact that while we find the actual agreement to be nothing more than hot air, I do believe that the intent of the agreement is a noble one, and as such I publicly re-state an offer of peace to the New Desolate Order on behalf of Eurasia; we have no reason to desire this war to continue.
If you wish to accept get in contact with me by any means and we will see the war ended as quickly as is practicable.You are absolutely 100% right, Defcon1 one and RE sh*t on this agreement they defend whenever it suits them and they should go suck it, and stop acting like they are the defender of justice around here, you can ask the former leaders of nightmare movement last round and hear for your self how big a of a sh*t D1 and RE gave about the agreement they defend.
NDO, is one of the alliances that is very different from this big collection of hypocrites and bullies usually known as D1&RE, they play the game honorably, and the consider making war fun for other people, and not just crippling them and destroying them(example: their war with TPC, another awesome honorable alliance), everyone should take example of their gameplay and try to follow their lead.
I am glad that Eurasia sees that NDO are good people.
The "unwritten agreement" is definitely hot air, it is "unwritten" so it is expected of new alliances to follow it without ever hearing of it, and when they unintentionally break it (usually because they are used to an SE type of gameplay, that given TEs "no foreign aid" rule & limited time, it doesn't work here) they get bullied into submission,by the big hypocrites of TE, instead of being informed about the gameplay differences from the start.
given that this agreement is unwritten, big alliances can manipulate it to suit their need whenever they want to.
I'm in RE- we were giving you guys a love-tap, a slap on the wrist, a 'time out'... and you counter back saying that we can go suck it?
Plan B- you go out and find a switch, not one too flimsy, bring it back to RE and it will be a firm-but-fair 3 lashings, if you continue to mouth off we will gradually increase the lashings until you've learned your lesson.
We want your Alliance to grow up and be well mannered- this atlas/nightmare movement nonsense has no buisness on our precious green meadows, with sunshine and white painted fencesand here you go, the undiplomatic bulling language, these alliances are used to.
he could have said, "OK, if you offer NDO peace,then we offer you peace, that was the reason for us attacking you, and now problem solved", but noooo
they also require you to talk nicely to the big rulers of TE, because you can't offend the big dictators :D

That was a mis-calculation by DEFCON and RE. They wanted to drive us into submission, but they completely misunderstood the Eurasian mindset and its antecedents. The harder the going, the firmer our resolve.
We're reasonable people, but we will not be ground into submission by a couple of hypocritical leaders. They don't like their precarious balance of power being upset, and we just happened to give them an excuse to act on it.You're right on this, the people defending this "unwritten"agreement, broke this same agreement at the beginning of this round, and last round too (and that is only talking from my experience), however that does not justify the attack on NDO, in TE there is no foreign aid, and limited time to rebuild, every nation is on its own, i have no experience in SE, but i can imagine with foreign aid and unlimited amount of time to rebuild, your actions could have been justified, it's a different type of game play here, this will most likely cripple nations with low warchest(especially with all the dirty spy ops) and they won't have time to rebuild well, because the round ends in a month, for some it will be pointless to even go on.
As i recall from my first round, an alliance called Atlas broke the "unwritten" agreement with a done declare on The Fearless Fighters, and a similar war broke out that lead to the fall of Atlas.
I suggest that the "unwritten" agreement to be written, all or most alliances in TE, write a thread, with no more than 5 basic ground rules or less.
Write down the things that everyone already agrees on in TE, leave out the things that people have mixed opinions on, and ask the admin to pin it.
this is more likely to solve the problem than expecting everyone to agree to things that weren't even discussed with them.
hopefully this whole conflict will get solved as soon as possible.

Ofcourse what blacklight forgot is: NO DIRTY SPY OPS. we wont be doing any, but if you start with them......then we pretty much won't have a choice but to retaliate.

BTW, i forgot to mention, peace was achieved at the 21/6 and after that peace was achieved one of our nations still got nuked, attacked and spy oped by D1 members (at the 22/6).
so no rule or agreement went unbroken by D1.

Well, dont put blame on me for being a poor player, there was no down declare. My suggestion is be prepared, you guys are considered a easy target, dont get surprized
Stop Bulsh*ting cowboy, it was a scumbag move and you did it just to roll TDO, the same scumbag move you pulled on The Avengers last round and ruined the round of Nightmare Movement on the way, your people rouged blacklight, and dirty spy oped him and others in KrAbZ so don't bullsh*t me with this "poor player" crap, you are not doing this for playing, you are doing this to stop our growth, roll TDO, and pick an easy war and hide it behind numbers like D1 always do.
it's alright we will fight you, doesn't matter if we win or lose, but you can't blame me if i treat you with your own medicine at some point in the feature.
What I see here is D1/RE defining the rules of engagement for this round.
1. Attack nations at 69-100 infra and outgrow them, never give them a chance to recover.
2. Dirty spy ops are cool.
3. Down declare/ up declare is out of consideration for this round.
4. No unstated community rules to be followed.
So be it.
Just dont be hypocritic on forums and say that its friendly and clean. Its just plain war. No need to defend, actions can speak for themselves.

I am so confused. FF and krabz are both ran by people that came from TDO last round. You are basically all the same TDO last round. So why do you keep stating they are noobs? TDO pretending they keep their hands clean just makes me laugh. Sounding pretty hypocritical up in here.
I would assume many things confuse you Kaboom, but if a misfits member left and tried to create his own alliance or joined another doesn't make that alliance misfits, same logic applies to TDO, if you know something about logic. and KrAbZ has a lot of people who did not play before, and were not in TDO.
but its nice that you can laugh, every post i read from you before you were either whining or crying.

Yourself and others from TDO are only trying to twist things to make me look bad for calling out all of your underhand attacks against others, Avengers do the same which is your only defense against some one who speaks out against it as I'm not the one unfairly rolling anyone or using immoral tactics. Your only defense is to make me look bad at any means possible and you'll fail just as Avengers did and those before them because you have no argument, only twisted lies that i will expose for what they are. Even now you're trying very hard to say that my call outs at the Avengers unfair tactics was nothing but hate speech. and i don't understand why you're trying to make a simulation of politics and war fair, it is not happening in RL i don't see it happening in this game, online gaming is rarely fair, believe me, i played so many online games, i can't think of one that was fair, you are just setting yourself up for disappointment if you are expecting it to work out this way, statistics, math, and psychology experiments will prove that to you.
I think we all should learn from what RE/NM trying to do now, holding grudges against one another will just make this game less fun each round, if the nations are deleted so should the grudges be.

The Battle of Summerhall where he defeated three armies in one day is where he showed his impressive ability to win battles. Robert was a good man, a great commander but a poor King.

We informed you of the raids in the first place. You guys couldn't be bothered until it affected your leadership directly. Lame.
again, i wrote you before you attacked Top Gear, and promised to do my best and write the government members asking about that and solving it. so you got our attention before raiding the government. but it is your attack on top gear that seemed to have trigger all these counter attacks.
i tried to look at my sen't messages to make sure that i was clear about how long it would take and that you shouldn't attack more nations for the rest of the day, but they seem to have been deleted for some weird reason, so if i haven't been clear about that i really apologize for it, it is me to blame for the whole misunderstanding then.

You are right about Robert though, he was a fool, my favorite king, but still a fool, although the realm was at peace for 17 years when he ruled, but no thanks to him really, and you know why.
you can't deny that the battle of the trident is something to brag about, also the battle of the bells, Robert was a great warrior, but as Renly once said "Great warriors don't make great kings".
i can't discuss stannis without spoiling things to people, and i really don't want to do that.
i disagree about Rhaegar though, he took up arms because of the rebellion and the same reason Robert took up arms "Lyanna stark". the prophecy is very arguable and everyone can interpret it differently and the red priests aren't always right, and take the old gods into consideration when you think about that(also Griff).
please consider not accidentally spoiling things for people when you write about GoT here., and i hope i did not do that either.
ps: i shouldn't even be doing this really, i'm done arguing with the misfits for a while now, i've tried logic it didn't work, you threw empty accusations with nothing to support it back at me , i replied with complete honesty(more than i should have really), i got mockery and more accusation from you guys, so please understand when i say i don't want to discuss CN with you people for a while now.

I only attacked them after your Alliance magr decided to respond with a lecture on how the game was "played". I responded and waited for a response back for an hour. I just happened to notice a Govt official was available for attack and I needed to troop dump instead to prepare for further attacks. Which did happen. I would have been cool with your response. Maybe you should be in Govt instead of the fools that are now?

my understanding after your last response that you will not attack another nation of TDO for the rest of the day, and i expected that because people live in different time zones and sometimes it takes hours for them to respond to messages. i thought a day is a reasonable amount of time for the problem to be resolved.

Dude, i contacted you and asked you politely to stop attacking us and i promised to ask what was going on and solve this peacefully, you wrote me back that you want no hostility between our two alliance, then you went ahead and attacked Top Gear after that.
you have already gotten our attention from your first attack, then while me and you were talking you attacked a second nation, i still asked you politely to stop it.
i don't understand what were you hopping to achieve from doing a third attack.

Well, more money will just mean bigger nations, so 50 millions will have nations half as big as now, and lets say 200 million will have nations twice as big (on average), if you are not good at money management or war chest skills, start up money wont make a big difference, you will either end up big with no money, or small with too much money.
with 10 million we had CIA rouges, with 100 million we have nuclear rouges, we will always have rouges, so i agree with cowboy on that one.
i would like to see a billion, at some point, and i think the idea of changing the start up money each round is a great idea, but i think it should be a bigger scale than 10 million, 50 million ,100millon..
i would suggest it be a*10 million where a>=1 and is a multiple of 10, so would go 10 million, 100 million, 1 billion, 10 billion....
but i am also ok with going back to the old way, i like this game regardless of average nation size :)
