  1. Breaking news today, as all former members of the D.S.U. have stepped down due to outside force. At the time being, two candidates still run for office, with Zuri Okiji of the Ugandan Socialist Party being in a slight lead. There is no government right now, so the Ugandan Military will send word to Athens and Tianxia for a temporary government to be installed by them until 8 when the elections will close. During this time all people are encouraged to vote for their perferred candidate. In other news The D.S.U. sends regards to the Republic of Africa for the deah of their dear queen.
  2. Aankari Hope Mkombe Grace Yuri Mutu. all three are found wanting, and face summary execution. Will be administered as soon as a new leader is elected. OOC: so vote damnit.
  3. The D.S.U. will send Luma Motowe, candidate for the UIP party to Athens. OOC: you can start the thread Cent. The D.S.U. states simply to R.o.A. make your move.
  4. The D.S.U. demands the Republic of Africa hold its opinions to the borders of its nation and implement them only in its nation.
  5. From General Mkombe Grace To: R.o.A. It is our notion that any citizens found outside beyond 5:01 pm to 8:59 am will be suspected in leagues wth the Red Brothers terrorisitt organization. Due to recent events, (the attempt on our great leaders life) we will not allow outside "assistance" in systematically exterminating these terrorists. You may send a small peace party of 100/100 soldiers to escort any civilians who wish to be relocated for the time being to the R.o.A. Should howeverr we recieve any reports of the Red Brothers in the R.o.A. we will not hesitate to launch an offensive into any suspected Red Brother territory, at expense of any civilians. If you wish to intervene in our domestic affairs, prepare a station at our southern most border with Kenya, it is there you may recieve the citizens. We highly suggest you check them before you admit these refugees. Because we of the D.S.U. WILL NOT spare any who are in league with terrorists, whether they know of them or openly support them or aid them in their activities.
  6. President-Marshal Hope invites the queen to The D.S.U.
  7. Hope looks over at the shaking Premier Chavez and speaks while blood pumps from his gunshot wound. 'You've never held a gun have you? You'll be safe on the M-Roads, don't worry.' Hope looks around the car to hiss soldiers who are sitting there. 'Well youuu damned fools, this wound won't close itself, and I have a meeting to attend. Get to it.' OOC: feel free to ff to the Black room.
  8. 6,000 from Kasowa Academy to Kampala Base 30 from Jinja Spec ops Base to Kampala Base 45 tanks from Entebbe Base to Kampala Base. 200 Political Guard from Mera to Black Room. Martial Law declared, all citizens must remain indoors except for the common hours, 9-5. Any Persons found outside will be held to pain of death in suspicion of the Red Brothers. M-Road Patrols added 10,000/
  9. President-Marshal Hope looks around spotting the ominous civilian figures dressed in the red battledress, they are here too Turning to Premier Chavez he smiles kindly. 'We must end the parade early, we are in danger here. We go to the Black room now.' Aankari Hope raises a fist then flexes it open, his show car speeds off to the Capitol Base. Behind him, soldiers hoist Ak-47's and begin shooting at the red battledressed figures. They in turn pull out weapons and a street war ensues in Kampala. As the car speeds under the Alamu tunnel towards the M-Roads an IED explodes two cars ahead, immeadiatley red dressed soldiers appear seemingly from nowhere, Aankari Hope reaches into his compartment and pulls out a handgun handing it to Chavez and a kevlar slapping it on the foreigners head. 'Stay down' he commands and jumps from the car pulling out two handguns and firing rapidly into the terrorists. He wades through swathes of return fire unharmed, bounding over an overturned statue he roars with all the aggro of a lion. He sees a terrorist take aim with a rifle, fear strikes him for the first time. With a fiery blast a bullet pulls itself out of the barrel whizzing through the air like a man of a mission, it enters Aankari's shoulder and strikes him down. His vision blurs as blood pools around him, terrorists come to him attempting to pick him up when a third comes over with a pistol aiming at the President-Marshal's head, and squeezing at the trigger. Miliseconds before the bullet escapes the barrel, a LBSR bullet enters through the three terrorists heads. 30 Jinja spec ops appear from buildings targeting the terrorists with deadly efficiency, none survive. Two jinja spec ops grab Hope and Chavez and put them in a armoured vehicle and speed off into the M-Road. The Jinja spec ops are massive men carrying the best weaponry of the D.S.U. and the vehicle goes to the Black Room, where Markovic and Anaar are waiting. OOC: dont worry you arent harmed.
  10. 1st Air General Mkombe Anaar looks at the civilians, lifts the loudhailer and shouts something at the civilians in their home language. The civilians begin to disperse in droves, turning to Markovic, Anaar smiles and speaks. 'A great and powerful nation, we hear of you fighting off foes left and right, we hear how your cannons shake the very earth and your men trample the world over in the thunder of their boots. We deify your military, many soldiers here respect you. but the civilians hate anyone who does not support tearing down our M-Roads. It will not happen, all of Uganda must be quartered for safety and easy of travel for the military, then we will build C-Roads for civilian use.' looking at the dissembling civilians Anaar smiles like a hungry dog. 'They think it is their country, all the parties for election support M-Roads though, and with this arms deal and diplomacy, we may yet expand our borders. Of course, we'd ask your banners to fly by ours.' Anaar silences himself, speaking no more on Ugandan Policy without the President-Marshal. The day sun blares down on the convoy.
  11. Mkombe Anaar holds out his hand shaking the Marshall's hand. He looks at the plane and bites back a devilish smile. 'Yes. We must take a jeep to Kampala. I have prepared an armoured convoy for you to securely move the weapons with us to Kampala. Trust me, no civilians are alllowed on our M-Roads and they are lined with electrified fence to protect moving military.' OOC: I'm going to have us in the Jeep to Kampala if you don't mind, to meet Aankari Hope. The Jeep which holds the two leaders, speeds down the M-Road surrounded by a mile long military column. The dust is kicked up and blows off a hat. The U.S.C.S. Minister reels back trying to grab it when Anaar grabs his hand and speaks calmly. 'No movement in the column is prohibited, you can be mistaken for a civilian and shot.' The Minister sits down and looks around slowly, a D.S.U. gunner is eyeing him suspiciously from the humvee beside him, the soldier shakes his finger and points forward. Minister Markovic looks ahead and sees the hundreds of civilians standing with machetes on the othere side of the fence, shouting. 'Ignore them, minister, they are mad for the quartering act. They cannot travel out of the country and their approppriate zone without aauthorization. Besides the M-Roads are not only for our protection and travel, it effectively stops all acts of terrorism. Gorgeous work of art, aren't they? We plan on putting M-Roads all throughout the country. Not only the south.'

  23. THE D.S.U NATIONAL (UMO) Breaking News from The Election. This is Motu Udu, of The D.S.U. National, Ran by your Ugandan Militant Organization. As many of our People may be watching the election closely, you may see, we are losing the senate and parliment, only posessing 16.67% of the Ugandan vote, While in the Secretary of state race, Noto Umtumbre is in a gridlock. I urge all members of the UMO to go out and vote. See the change you want by voting. Noto Umtumbre, a venerated member of the UMO has personally cleaned up our country by arming our citizens and educating them on gun usage, he has lowered the crime rate 4.067%! Now what have his opponents done? Zuri Okoji, took away guns from Gala, and the crime rate went UP 1.00026 % to 9.34557% this is unacceptable. Luma Motowe has reduced police forces only causing instability near Entebbe. Truly our last Secretary of State was the only proactive one, who built a base in Gala and Entebbe, but where are those forces now? In the south constructing a new base, Kisoro-Rwanda. Look at the promises of Noto, A strong Uganda, with a colorful flag displaying our heritage, Recognition in the world amongst other nations, and a Massive reform to the Military, an additional 30,000 men in the next three months, as Kosawa trains on an ever greater scale, so too will our military. New military contractors will be hired and research into new protection for our men and women fighting. I urge voters to turn out for the UMO, Uganda needs you. On our ground Do we die!
