Alright, crossed that out since it seems like spying did work correctly.

Just wanted to report I was able to nuke my target after he had been nuked earlier in the same day. Not sure what is going on here with this guys nation. One thing we did notice is that we couldn't spy him for today and I checked with the other people I was coordinating with and none of them spied him. So unless spy slots were being filled, something went wrong. Just wanted to throw this in there in case it may be related to a nation being bugged or not. Also to note the first guy who nuked had battle support activated and second nuker did not.
