    No. Thats why theres a section called the flag memorial. Yet again have not been around in awhile not sure if NPL was active or not.

    Oh they are active, they were an irradiated mess and a parking lot for a while there, (in the dave war i think), but they are very much around and kicking it high from what i can see.

    Actually I have not requested anyone to do so. If they wish to declare peace it is their prerogative, and I will recognize and accept their offers. The purpose of this announcement was to declare my intention to discuss peace with the alliances I recognized war with by extending an invitation to the FAIL forum. If you do not wish to offer me peace in the way others have, and would instead prefer more formal discussions, I will gladly agree to your terms for discussion.

    Since there was not a single shot fired in anger across our borders by FAIL and no firing by us on your territory, would you concede that the war is a non issue at this point in time? It is my fervent wish that we can get over this temporary discordant note and move on.

    Come over for tea/(beverage of your choice) and sandwiches sometime?

    Dear OP:
    My condolences on the lost memories due to the forum hack and infection. At least you had a backup from a year ago (does not take away the loss of a year's worth of chatter, but at least its not a total loss).

    ODP is an ODP. I'm confident OBR had good reason for any of the actions they have made in regards to this conflict.

    I have no recollection of having declared war on FAIL. Furthermore, this, all seems highly irregular and extraordinarily shady. First FAIL declares war on us, then wants us to post something that we are no longer pursuing the war with FAIL. You can put your own paperwork in order, yourself. Thankyou very much!

    No EZI, no viceroys, few tech reps, no disbandment terms. I'm pretty happy with how Karma turned out. And yourself?

    Viceroys? Do you seriously believe that the Viceregal system went away because of the karma war? Really?

    The tech reps levied in the Karma war were not what i would call "few". There have of course been incidents since the Karma war that tech reps have been levied. It is all upto the how each alliance wants to play it. Disbandment terms were always dependent on the fortitude and "sticktoitness" of the Alliance being offered disbandment as an alternative to everlasting war. The reason there is no disbandment or EZI practices now is simple, people simply do not attach as much value to their nations as they did at one time in the past. Big destructive wars have eroded the sense of "oh my lawd!!!!" out of nation damage and deletion. Instead oftentimes it seems to be more fun to keep coming back and seeing your pursuers tie themselves in knots to make you delete again.

    Think of it as a very satisfying way to troll your opponents.
