Good Margrave
Uhhhm I think perhaps you may wish to rethink this phraseology. :)
I personally think that Mogar deliberately tweaked DBDC's nose with his aid and that DBDC felt need to sanction him fair but something that is getting used way too oft and easily used for a minor annoyance. That includes the unnecessary Kasmir sanction. Really guys now we sanction for schitz and giggles? Why exactly do we have senate sanctions then?
Respectfully
Dame HIme Themis
Dearest Dame,
Margrave is correct. I'm old enough to be all your mothers. Listen to me. I'm telllling you. Kashmir's sanction of Mogar was meant solely to get a rise out of him and it absolutely worked. The sanction produced no ill effect on his nation and we're more than willing to lift it, if the limerick requested is indeed provided. A small price to pay for such a magnanimous action on our part. Seems reasonable, no?Christian Living for God, Flail of God, Merciless Mongol Warlord of the Eurasian Steppes, Conqueror of the British Empire, Stock Boy at Walmart,

I was trained as a grief counselor. Please, Mogar. Tell me about what the mean Kashmiri did to you. Let's talk it out. Don't be afraid to continue to cry. There's no judgement here.
-
So you admit to committing an act of war on RIA. Is that correct?
Interpret that however you wish. The result will be the exact same for you.

Does Rey ever shut up?

I agree with Chow. I don't see how it changes anything. This already existed informally and if the pact restricts those who sign it to obey their alliances above the pact itself, and their alliances forbid raiding...then I don't see how this can be effective. If things got real, I think most of the people here have each other's backs. This pact just formalizes it. I think it would be more effective if this were a pact between alliances or if the nations involved were in one alliance. Just my opinion. Good luck with this guys.

This is the 'we made a cool image so let's make some announcement' announcement.
It is a warning - basically if any of these folks are in your alliance they will do whatever they please without regard or recognition that they are in an alliance.
This at least puts all the ( fill in the appropriate blank ) in one easy to find list.
Maybe you should go (fill in the appropriate blank) yourself.

Give 'em hell, boys.

So Kashmir got the crap kicked out of it too hard and needs help. I guess that's what terrible mini alliances do these days. Even though I like NSO a lot I can't wish you good luck. I wanted Kashmir to burn more.
Your estrogen level must be through the roof right now. For your own sake, and the safety of those in your alliance, please take some Midol. Your petty grudge is tiresome. Your alliance was defeated by Limitless Nexus, of all alliances, and two Kashmiri volunteers. Just accept it and move on. Whining incessantly about it will not change the outcome. This thread is about NSO and their declaration on SUN. If you're going to menstruate on this thread, either grab a cork or take it somewhere else, Ken. Nobody is interested in hearing whining and empty threats.

Yes we're prideful, so what. Not like it isn't justified. We're not overly bothered for that matter that it ruffles feathers or that it results in !@#$%* comics.
A true 1v1? 45 Kashmir members, 1 million NS vs 45 SUN members, 1 million NS? Hah! But that's not what we got and there's no underselling tJL's and AI's contributions. We're prideful but not unappreciative.
Ultimately we must be doing something right if Invicta, overwhelmed as they are, had to enter on this front and bring in the paper tigers with them. :)
Well, I mean two Kashmiri plus a tiny ass micro like LN can defeat the GOONS lower tier and that's with all the GOONS receiving full aid slots every ten days and us receiving nothing. And I can post PMs too to show just how helpless they were. I shudder to think about what 50 Kashmiri can do with the help of all her allies. May the Lord have mercy on our enemies because we sure won't.

It is a true gift to be so delusional you don't even realize your alliance is having the crap pounded out of it by a smaller one who is also fighting other alliances besides. You must be of the GOONS school of thought where if you simply insist you are winning despite all numbers and indications to the contrary, that is enough to claim victory. Whatever you are on, Subtle, pass it around. It must be powerful fierce.

Poor Legion never given any respect by friend or foe. Always sent to fight a couple small alliances on the fringes of the confllct because nobody thinks you can do any better than that. Maybe if you get your people attacking you could prove them wrong. Hey anything is possible.
They are sending in girls to fight minotaurs.

War Jesus for The Legion Viceroy 2015
Their nations in my range are so pathetic, it is open season hunting.
Their leaders must not particularly like their alliance's lower tier to put them in the path of War Jesus.
-
I think you need to actually be winning before you can start bragging. Perhaps when your nations do more than lob four cruise missiles at me and then give up, I can concede that SUN is actually trying to fight.
-
Four months? My heart leaps with joy!
We should only hope they do not tap out in four days, let alone four months. What an ill-prepared and poorly conceived DoW.
-
You attack one inactive nation? That's it? I thought you liked us.

Please attack Jack Layton of NDPstan. I hear he's a real easy target you could defeat in no time.

Your military is divided into four different classes: Army, Navy, Air Force, and Intelligence. When you successfully perform certain types of attacks successfully, you gain XP which allows you to purchase Generals. You can have one General for each branch of your military for a maximum of four.
Army XP: Gained by doing ground battles.
Navy XP: Gained by doing naval attacks/blockades.
Air Force XP: Gained by doing airstrikes, cruise missiles, and nukes.
Intelligence XP: Gained by doing spy attacks.
Once you gain a certain level of XP, you can purchase Generals. Generals give you varying benefits (you will see them listed if you click on View All Generals at the top of the Purchase Military screen). Generals can increase your battle strength, increase your population, income, happiness, unit costs, and unit upkeep. More XP enables you to buy better Generals that give you greater benefits. When you sell a General, you get some XP back, but not all of your original investment.
Generals are good to have because they can give you economic as well as military boosts. You cannot lose Generals in battle by any means. The only way your Generals can be lost is if the enemy launches a successful spy attack to assassinate your Generals. Therefore, if you have Generals, it's a good idea to keep a healthy contingent of spies to protect them from assassination.Hope that answers your question, bud.

I'm scared. Hold me, Ken. I'm too crushed.

Perhaps you should go check out those wars War Jesus and LN fought against your alliance again. It seems being kicked in the head affected your memory of who outdamaged who. You don't even have to take my word for it. It's there in black and white (well whatever records your nations didn't delete). Either way, it doesn't matter. Whatever helps you sleep at night.
-
It's only wrong when we do it. When you do it, it's okay. Gotcha. My heart weeps a thousand tears for you.
-
Apparently you missed the part where I said 'whether or not anyone else recognizes it.' What you think is irrelevant to me. The fact of the matter is this ODP exists and, as I've demonstrated, I'm more than willing to use it.
Happy hunting, Ken. -
GOONS rules are anything but arbitrary. We are an alliance of laws. LN is a band of rogues run by a madman. It is inevitable that Methrage or others like him will act against GOONS in the future, and we will respond in kind. To our delight.
Just calling people rogues and ghosts doesn't necessarily make it so. LN and War Jesus are treatied whether or not anyone else recognizes it. -
I'm glad we're friends now, Ken. I feel much better.
-
Your alliance's attacks on our treaty partner LN were also unsolicited. We can't always have our way and make arbitrary rules as we go like you. You betrayed my trust, Ken :-(. How could you?! I thought we had a thing...*moar tears*
If any more 'unsolicited communications' with LN occur in the future, expect us to reply.

Beautiful and Voluptuous Dame,
While I respect your views on this and other matters, I do not see any damage done in real terms to Mogar's nation or RIA as a whole. While I can sympathize with your stance that sanctions should be reserved for rogues and miscreants, I submit to you that Mogar, through his own actions and provocations brought this entirely harmless exercise upon himself. Kashmir works diligently in the interests of Bob to ensure that miscreants such as Mogar are dealt with in the most peaceful and diplomatic manner.
Enchanted by your grace,
Jack Layton
