[color="#FF0000"]Working with Blue Heaven, the father nation of The Queendom of Blue Water, the Queen has agreed to allow France, Blue Haven, and (OOC: I don't know how to say it. It is the Sarah fan club one I think)'s to move their troops through the Queendom on the conditions that they do not pillage any farmland or towns, do not destroy any of the natural environment, do not kill any citizens of Blue Water, and to stay away from the capital and other major cities unless invited or allowed by the Queen herself. This position was taken because of a previous, [i]private[/i], favor that Blue Heaven and France had granted Blue Water. As of now, Blue Water will not have it's troops moving anywhere and is not involved or partaking in any wars. EDIT: The marksmen were kept in Blue Water as of now but are on stand-by because they will most likely be sent soon.[/color]

[color="#4169E1"]I remember when Girltopia fell, and I sent the Queen, her daughter, a soldier, and their butler on a private craft to Cochin. Cochin told me you could still RP characters that you previously created. The characters of mine that were killed were Juliet and John Kennedy. Would I ever use John again? Probably not. Although I was planning to have Juliet come in and be a minor part of the government and RP it. See I think you should not kill any main characters, past or present, without someone's permission. Plus Juliet was not in Organcia, she was in Ireland. And John was in a underground bunker far away from the capital. That was something that I had even RPd! Of course I'm sure no one would kill the Queen that I am now Rping but that is why I am making extraordinary security measures for her because I figured if Tidy Bowl Man, a "friend" would do that to a character that I had created myself then I don't see why someone wont do that to one of my characters now. I also think it is wrong and stupid for someone to rp your past nation. I mean, what would I look like if I would say that Louisiana officials raped, murdered, molested, and killed people in Manitoba (witch I now own). What if I said that they were all gay and lesbian. See that would just be a stupid move to take because I would look like a jerk, particularly because Yawoo is a friend aquatint of mine. My overall point is that it is just a big slap in the face to a person (OOCly) when you murder their characters and RP their past nations. [/color]

She turned to her Foreign Affairs Minister and gave a smile, "I'm giving you the week off. I'm going to Labrador." *** The plane took off late at night. It was the private jet of the Queen. Since the nation was rather new she didn't have a large 747 or Concord to bring her around so for now she settled for a double engine craft with anti-missile defenses concealed on it. She enjoyed the flight to Labrador; even though she was leaving her homeland witch she loved so much. She walked up to the cockpit and a woman piloet spoke to her, "We will be landing shortly your Majesty. Thank you for flying Blue Water Royal Airlines." Eve gave a warm smile and went sit back down. Once she had landed she stepped out with her luggage and two armed men on the sides of her. They were not in military uniforms but simply were in suits with pistals concealed under their jackets and sunglasses over their eyes. It was a little warmer here, but it wasn't anything the Queen couldn't handle herself. [/color]

[color="#4169E1"][size="7"][center]The Queendom of Blue Water[/center][/size] Because of the massive amounts of rivers that have been discovered in our territory, along with lakes and the Hudson bay, it has been decided to make a river defense system along for lakes and the Hudson. Divisions have been created for water defense. This can change but for now this will be a branch of the military known as the "Queen's Navy". Although we do not have any deepwater vessels, we do have ships that will patroll the rivers, lakes, and shallow parts of the Hudson. The navy will have three sections or branches. River Defense: Their soul duty is to protect and defend the rivers of Blue Water Lake Defense: Their soul duty is to protect and defend the lakes and large, internal, bodies of water of Blue Water Hudson Defense: Their soul duty is to protect and defend the Hudson shores of Blue water [/color]

Since the government was replaced, she has not been heard of since and is most likely in France, the nation she was planning to go to in the first place. Also, I don't think murdering innocent people is a very healthy, or amusing thing to do. The Queen had written out two full sheets of cursive of defense for the two biggest cities in Blue Water. Outside of each city, there will be a military base that will house, at the minimum, have 5,000 soldiers inside of them at any time. There is a barbed wired fence surrounded each base. 50 feet from the fence are sniper towers with four snipers and four spotters. They are all armed with 50cals and revolvers. Then another 45 feet back there is a large wall with barbed wire on the top witch also has snipers on top with spotters armed with the same weapons and camouflage. You may not enter the base armed unless you are a general or government official. The base is designed so that if the men are called into action, immediately they can get dressed and then, in a organized order, rush to separate safe rooms where they can get weapons. More detailed plans will come up later. [/color]
