1. Name of country:The Alaskan Union Name of ambassador:Ryan Dupont Do you also wish for GLP to have an embassy in your country? Sure Do you like cookies (if so, state what kind)? Chocolate chip please
2. The AU accepts GLP's white peace. Once BH accepts, let the peace talks begin.
3. OOC:Fixed, will post Group A results soon.
4. Just so you all know, the World Hockey Cup is V the King's tournament. I just took it over after he left.
5. OOC: Group A: Disparu (Montreal) Vereinigte Deutsche Länder (Pittsburgh) Carthage (Columbus) Queendom of Australia (Los Angelos) Slavorussia (New Jersey) United Isocoles (St.Louis) The Hakaarian Empire (Chicago) Group B: Taeunas (Detroit) Basque (Carolina) Minilla Island (NY Islanders) USA (Nashville) Louisiana (Tampa Bay) Kevodia (Pheonix) Basque 2 (Florida) Group C: Alaskan Union (Buffalo) Revelstone (Philly) Republic of Tahoe (Anahiem) Transvaal (Edmonton) Alaska Republic (Vancouver) France (Calgary) Amerikanisches Reich (Dallas) Group D: Republic of York (NY Rangers) Imperial Hudson Reich (Toronto) Bohovia (Ottawa) Marscurian Pakistan (Minnesota) Slavic Federation (San Jose) Republic of Cascadia (Colorado) Alaskan Union 2 (Boston)
6. "Hello everyone and welcome to the World Hockey Cup. After a lack of funding in the AU, the tournament has been moved to the Alaskan Union. Today we'll be getting a good look at what teams will be going head to head at the start of the tournament. Well here comes the first draw. The first team for Group A is... Disparu! After that we have Vereinigte Deutsche Länder, Carthage, Queendom of Australia, Slavorussia, United Isocoles, and... the Hakaarian Empire! Next up is Group B. Still waiting for the home team to get drawn. The first drawing for Group B is... Taeunas! After them it's Basque, Minilla Island, USA, Louisiana, Kevodia and closing group be is... the second Basque team! This will be interesting as both Basque teams are in the same group. Coming up now is Group C. The home team is still waiting for it's group. Beginning Group C is... the Alaskan Union! No more wondering where the home team winds up. Following that is Revelstone, Republic of Tahoe, Transvaal, Alaska Republic, France, and ending Group C is... Amerikanisches Reich! Closing us now is Group D. It's no suprise who's in it. Republic of York, Imperial Hudson Reich, Bohovia, Marscurian Pakistan, Slavic Federation, Republic of Cascadia, and the Alaskan Union 2. Now what to look for. The best teams in Group A seem to be Disparu, VDL, Slavorussia, and HE. In Group B it's Taeunas, USA, Louisiana, and Basque. For Group C, it looks to be Alaskan Union, Alaska Republic, France, and Republic of Tahoe. And Group D's best seem to be IHR, Bohovia, York, and the AU second team. I don't believe much for tropical nations. But all that's just my guess. It could go any way. OOC:This is V The King's torunament. I'm taking it over because he left. Used the random number generator we use for the groups. Haven't simmed games yet. Will start games soon.
7. OOC:Okay tomorrow I will get this tournament going. But heads up, it's 4 groups of seven. You play everyone in your group one time (for 6 games). The top 4 teams in each group will move on, and from there on, it's single elimination.
8. OOC:Whatever was the best tank that counters yours developed by the end of the Cold War. Also my paratroopers landed around 10 miles from the 8 ID.
9. OOC:I'll take it. After all, I have an arctic circle nation.
10.
OOC: You can not RP a full squadron per IG aircraft due to your low amount of tech. Your F-15s would have been pulverized by GLP's F-79B's constant massive barges of AA missiles and they would need a lot of firepower to shoot down the F-98Bs given the aircraft's tough armoring and anti-missile systems. The F-79Bs are designed to mob enemy aircraft squadrons with sheer amount of AA missiles to distract them from shooting or dropping stuff while the other GLP fighters fly in to take advantage of the distraction, assuming if the enemy pilots were smart enough to avoid the F-79Bs. If your aircraft attempts to directly engage the F-79Bs, you better RP high casualties. That is like launching a mob of unarmored soldiers toward a heavily armored enemy machine gunner through an open field with snipers backing up the machine gunner. As for evading my aircraft and mobile AA defenses, that would be hard given their long radar range and F-30C Eagles' tendency to stalk evading enemy aircraft and report the enemy aircraft's positions to other GLP aircraft before shooting. I was asking about what tanks you were using. Were you using Sherman tanks? Tiger 1 tanks? Abram tanks? Leopard tanks? Patton tanks? Also, check CNRP's rules, especially the ones that deal with the tech efficiency. ------ IC: AU's AT units would face a LITTLE problem, all of GLP's vehicles (except for the self-propelled guns, but those are far behind the lines) were equipped with anti-bomb/rocket/missile/shell 40mm turrets. Many of AU's missiles were shot and ignited mid-air, a few hit GLP's tanks but only one of the tanks was damaged beyond operational use while others had some minor damages. Grenades had no effects on GLP's tanks. AU's AT units would also face serious firepower from the GLP tanks and light vehicles. Falling AU's aircraft were fired upon by LT-101B Troll and MT-20B Fox tanks, not to mention they were targeted by many defensive 40mm turrets. About two dozen of GLP soldiers and vehicles were injured/damaged/killed/destroyed from the falling aircraft. GLP's B-3B Spirt (stealth) bombers stalked the enemy aircraft and proceeded to rain missiles onto BH's airfields, mainly concentrating on the runways, taxiways, fuel tanks, and hangers before flying away to reload. 5th airborne were stalked and attacked by the F-9A Elites and small automated F-30C Eagles. The AU 1st Paratroopers were going to take heavy losses given the HV-57B AAMBRVs' long combat range and the GLP aircraft that were following and shooting the flanking enemy aircraft. Any location they land would be meet by the friendly GLP reinforcements that were still pouring from the southern part of the western GLP region. They would have a little trouble falling back, GLP forces had already blocked all of the escape routes. BH and AU forces would have to fight their way out. One of the CMs were shot down, the other blasted a hole into GLP's surrounding forces but was quickly filled in by GLP's loitering B-1B Pounder and B-45B Brutalizer aircraft. Attempting to pass through the cleared area would be asking to receive large amount lead and explosions from above. Reinforcements rushed to fill in the gap. In return, 10 medium sized FA missiles were fired at the defending BH and AU forces. A single CM filled with thick sewage, diapers, rats, roaches, ultra smelly chemicals, fast acting super glue, and small amount of explosives (to give the CM a large spray ability) was launched, targeting the BH defenders.
OOC:No. Now your just auto-defending. The first couple times you would not know the aircraft were aiming at your soliders. In RL you would not waste ammo on a plane that was going to crash. Also, fighting a huge dogfight but still having plenty of aircraft and vehicles to attack my paratroopers? Be a little realistic here. You would still have aircraft attacking my paratroopers, so not that many (your vehicles are fighting on the ground or are they easy targets).
11.
Unless i miss my guess that would be part of the Vauleo-Buryatian protectorate in the area. Trust me, it won't end well if you claim it without permission.
Well I have a PIAT and lately he's tlaking about dropping his protectorates, but I don't need more land.

13. OOC:We need one more baseball team. Basketball is hopeless if it needs 12 teams. both footballs are set. Maddy, can you please make your baseball team male so it is accepted?
14.
OOC: What tanks are you using? Based on CNRP's rules, you can only maintain 60 or 60 half squadrons based on your tech level. Plus, you are facing against far technologically advanced aircraft. It would be like sending F-86 Sabre aircraft to combat F-22 aircraft. Guess which side is going to dominate? I have 3,546.96 tech, you have 14.77 tech. ------- IC: Their tanks would still be vulnerable to AT missiles, especially with the Devastator tanks (they are able to fire missiles that can take out their own super heavy Mobile Fortress tanks) and 275mm HV-68A Artillery self-propelled guns (formerly called the Artillery tanks) that can hit targets far outside of the enemy tanks' range. GLP's Tank Hunter helicopters launched air-to-surface AT missiles at enemy tanks. Although some GLP soldiers were killed or wounded by the claymore mines, many of them would be run over and ignited by GLP's tanks, EICVs, and AICs. GLPAF took very little damages, only one had to fly away for emergency repairs while the rest were able to keep on flying and shooting. The enemy aircraft that attempted to ram into the F-10B Interceptors would find a little trouble, their aircraft's max speed is at 2.5 mach, the F-10B Interceptors' max speed is at 5.2 mach. It would be very hard to chase down something that is going at the double of the speed, nevertheless ram it. The 2nd bombers would still be stalked and attacked by all of GLP's fighter aircraft. The F-79B Giant Flying Fortresses were hovering above tempting targets, daring the 2nd bombers to launch a suicide bombing run with their massive AA firepower. The HV-57B AAMBRVs also hurled dozens of AA missiles at the enemy bombers and fire at the dropping bombs, many bombs were blown up mid-air before they managed to hit the ground. All of the GLP's vehicles (except for the HV-68A Artillery self-propelled guns) also had basic AA missile launchers and anti-bomb 40mm turrets. Some vehicles were damaged/destroyed and infantry killed/injured but the enemy bombers would take heavy damages. Even though the AU had slightly more fighter aircraft, their advantage was massively overshadowed by GLPAF aircraft's advanced technology Although the enemy AU choppers outnumbered FH-16B SkyClearer helicopters, the FH-16B SkyClearer helicopters were much faster, had better armoring, more advanced (and accurate) missiles, and other advanced tech stuff. There were also ground vehicles equipped with AA missiles launchers targeting the enemy choppers, including the HV-57B AAMBRVs. If the enemy choppers wanted air superiority they would need much more to overwhelm the FH-16B SkyClearers and the ground vehicles. The GLP invasion force turned back, deciding to mob the defenders later when they have much more firepower. They marched back into GLP to attack the invading BH forces from the rear. The attacking Blue Heaven and Alasken Union force were about to be surrounded and plastered.
OOC:I never heard about different tank types. The 2nd bombers are escorted by a half-squad( squad to me) of F-15's, so your F-79B's would get shot at. IC:AU AT units had begun targeting GLP's tanks. They were then barraged with waves of AT missiles. AU snipers stepped up to take out GLP troops so more grenades could be concentrated toward tanks. In the 8th ID, they were still encountering resistance from smaller GLP groups. The 8th ID was holed up in a small town, with barbed wire around it now. Snipers attacked the GLP groups as they charged, and any that got close to the city had to deal with Grenadiers, Machine-Guns, Light Machine-Guns, and Claymores. Any that somehow broke into the town had to deal with M16's, M4's, Uzi's, and other assualt rifles and SMG's. In the air, AU aircraft started to retreat. They were headed to BH airspace where BH AA cannons would take out the enemy. To help with this, the 1st Bombers dropped their bombs. GLP would be to busy shooting down the bombs to have any decent amount of aircraft follow closely. Any damaged aircraft were told to crash into GLP gorund troops. Amist the choas the, 5th airborne bravely stayed behind. Their goal was to distract the GLP aircraft and take out as many as possible while while the 1st Paratroopers snuck past the enemy aircraft and AA to drop off the paratroopers somewhere south of the 8th ID.

16.
Well, it very well could be. Ryan, mind clarifying which island you mean? It would help us determine who to best point you in the direction of.
The one right next to the Cayman Islands.
17. The Alaskan Union congratulates you on your independence. Contact us if you are interested in trading or establishing a treaty.
18.
But...but... mommy she did it! lol jk:) someone messaged me. In my next update I'm going to make it clear a company is working with SCAR to make them:)
As long as it's only civilain satellites or you have satellite improvements IG. And you have to scrap your interstate system.
19. The AU main ground force, on the defensive with BH, is holding well. Tanks have been partially dug in, so that the cannon are even with GLP soliders and vehicles. A very effective tactic. However, they are starting to run out of claymores as most have been planted and blown against GLP. Meanwhile, the 8 ID has begun to encounter resistance. They have dug in where they would have split up, and are fending off the GLP. In the air, the dogfight countinues. The 2nd bombers were able to break away and bomb GLP AA-defenses, vehicles, and troops. They have gone back to BH to refuel and reload, but will probably wait until the dogfight is over. However, casualties were taken in this action. A trio of B-1's were lost, and a squadron of the 4th airborne gave their lives by crashing into enemy interceptors after they were all damaged. AU choppers outnumbered GLP two-to one, and with help from the 3rd squad of the 5th airborne, launched a strong offense against them. The rest of the air force countinued to dodge, evade, and shoot down enemy aircraft (I have numbers advantage). Casualties: Main Force:768 8th ID:17 2nd Bombers:3 B-1's 4th airborne:6 F-15's
20.
Actually, the land is my protectorate. however, you can have it, no questions asked. I'm rerolling soon anyway
Is there a part of your nation that I could use to claim for my future space program?
21. Oh. I'm only 7k. But Maddy's nation is half my size, and she RP'd starting a space program. Might wanna look into that.
22. Oh, is there any open land good for starting a Space-Program on? Or do I have to buy something?
