I've been nuked 57 times. I'm fighting three wars at once right now, and one can nuke me (and did already). Last round against Mongols/Kaskus I fought one or two guys who had nukes. Again, misinformed and misplaced.

Because nothing was forcing me to nuke him. As I said twice already, it's a waste of money. I could've peaced out or I could've just destroyed him with pure bombs/CMs. Instead I decided to nuke him. Because I felt like it. Not that he didn't give me a reason. Besides, as Mr William said:

It's not like this is a new policy or anything. We've had this discussion before. ktarthan nuked a raid target once and that sent the rabid posters out in force. No political ties changed and nothing happened. And it's been a long time since ktarthan was in GOONs. Seriously, you care too much about the unaligned.

Didn't we just have a discussion about how we hold raids in the same category as actual wars when it comes to aiding them? Now we can't nuke them either? Who is giving unaligned nations all these privileges to be treated differently? And who's supposed to be upholding those privileges? A war is a war, man. I'm more than courteous by not lobbing bombs and CMs at the onset, and [i][b]warning[/b][/i] them that I'm going to flatten their nation if they give me a reason to. Not my fault they try to call my bluff.

Obviously I know how to tech raid. I even said above that nuking is a waste of money. If I did that all the time I'd never profit. I only do GAs, and send them a message that I'm not going to escalate unless they do. When they do stuff like turtle and CM then yes I'm going to nuke them. It's not a raid if you can't steal anything.

I'm a tech seller. Nobody's messing with me yet. I'm fighting one Kaskus and one MONGOL nation. Fought two before this round. None of the four have fought back hardly at all. Zero retaliation from the latest round. Minor from the previous round (some GA coordination, then nothing but CMs after a couple days). I even picked up a raid target on the side because I was bored. Nuked him just for kicks.

Wars: 72 (25 DH/NPO, 16 CAMTIN, 4 MONKaskus). Nukes dodged: 13, ate: 57, dealt: 93, spied: 15.
Some of those 72 were also Roguefest but I didn't start counting group wars until DH/NPO. Can't tell you how many different alliances I've fought. Around 10-14 just in DH/NPO alone. At minimum I've fought ninjas, FnKA, UOKMB, NPO, NSO, CoJ, 64Digits, Olympus, MCXA, TPF, Invicta, Legion, Kaskus, Mongols, and some unknown amount of others.
