What do you want us to say?
M Inc/Scotland- no prior talks to Cowboys/Sengoku/NG.
Hartw offered a peace summit, no talks before or after that.
What else can I make clear?
Well, what I asked for before:

Scotland's antagonism was supported with clear facts

I don't have time to read all the ridiculous log dumps, so someone in the know calibrate me, because this is what I have so far:
1. MInc wants to disband Scotland for:
-poor choice of tech trade partners
-trying to form a micro-bloc with people who have been enemies of MInc in the past
2. Hartfw somehow ends up hosting a peace talk, the end of which results in Scotland not being disbanded in exchange for:
-No joining a bloc for 6 months
-Reevaluating their tech partners
-Apologizing to MInc fpr their transgressions
3. MInc denies that the disbanding attempt was "for reals"
4. Junka is unhappy with brokered deal. accuses Cowboys of taking MInc's side
5. Sengoku feels insulted, MInc attacks SNX in violation of NAP with VG
6. SNX declares on MInc and Sengoku
That about the size of it?

Listen, I am long since retired. I have launched a token attack on Walsh, got bored with that and went back to plucking potatoes in the Republic of Joe.
Good times. For those who missed our epic clash:

Yeah, this one is hard to hail.

Thank you.
Walshington, your hail, please.
Got to give credit where it's due. You have been deemed legitimate by the only planet Bob entity with the authority to do so, granted by Oculus itself.

I don't care why they declared on CA. I hate double-standards, though. And they seem happy to apply them to everyone.
Actually, CA declared on them. May or may not change your premise, I'm not really paying attention anymore.

A better chunk of that thread (at least what I've read of it) involved many former MI6 members who broke away and didn't follow what Chim said, so... That kind of proves my point that the entirety of every Alliance doesn't mindlessly follow someone.
-Sighs.- This place is really too easy.
No no, not the alliance follows him mindlessly, but that he is seen as the face of the alliance and what he says is taken as representative of that alliance.

The stuff people say about Oculus now, while true, is the same stuff they were saying about DBDC a couple years ago, and NPO before that.
Something will happen to shake things up, if we have the time left.

Really, Rey?
Do you even read things before you respond, or are you actually suggesting that the entirety of ODN (or any AA) just mindlessly follows their SecState without thinking for themselves?
To be fair, isn't there an entire thread elsewhere that states that people like most of MI6, but they're fighting all of them because of stuff Chim says?

Two pages and not a single person made mention of this guy continuously calling it spear instead of sphere?
It's easier to pronounce, and quicker for him to type.

All right, thanks for explanation.
When certain person posts a treaty (on the OWF to be exact) and the same person is listed as MoFA in the signatures section, then I think it's reasonable to expect that info to be up to date. That's why I was under impression that Franz was MoFA at the time of the announcement. Thanks for clearing that up.
Please do not clutter the OWF with reasonable posts.

MDoAPs are still MDoAPs (barring supremecy clauses). If someone will sign an MnDoAP with you but not a MDoAP, then there's a book you should read:
Or maybe this one, less pessimistically:

Walshington is still an ass.
Probably for a lot of reasons, but loving a certain gravelly-voiced crooner is not one of them.

I humbly request that the New Pacific Order levy formal charges against Invicta.
The vagueness of the crime, makes it hard for me to counter. I may be guilty. But I want you to charge me. Give it to me straight.
I want you to tell me why. If you do so privately, if you reply here; if the reason is something concrete, or you simply wanted some spice. I demand you respond.
Yours sincerely,

What, not a single comment on the appropriate respective size of the flags?
Why do I even post here...?

I must protest this lack of pageantry; an imperial proclamation demands pomp.
The more the pageantry, the greater the opportunity for ranklement.

I had no idea Invicta and MI6 were even at war with each other before this thread.
This is not the kind of contribution I was hoping for from you. What, has MSPaint been broken for the last few wars?

Lysergic was Kashmir's best remaining member, I was wondering how his nation ended up below mine in NS before I knew it during the war. Gutting Lysergic's nation destroyed any good left in Kashmir, he was arguably their last good member.
At least Lysergic is out now. Congrats to Lysergic on that. o/
See, when I saw the above, I thought you were taking a chance to score a little dig on Kashmir in a public forum based on some recent internal strife. I thought that probably you didn't know all the people who were in Kashmir, and still decided to single one out as "the last good remaining member". Coupled with that fact that you referred to him by the wrong name (I mean, I know Lysergic may me synonymous, I've just never heard him called that by anyone but you, right here. "Lyser" I've heard -- like Meth, it is a natural shortening of his real name. But Lysergic? Never heard it.), it seemed like you were taking a cheap shot without really knowing what you were talking about.
Then I learned this:
On June 10, 2016 at 9:03 PM, Sephiroth said:Lysergic is faster to type and easier to pronounce than Lysergide, so its the name I think of him by and its not much different than people calling me by Meth as a nickname.
Now that I know "Lysergic" is easier to pronounce (I guess you say it out loud as you type it) AND it saves you from typing one extra letter ("Lysergide" is 9 letters, "Lysergic" is 8), I see my fears were unfounded. Consider my comments retracted.

Imperium Recognition of War
in Alliance Announcements (IC)

See, I hear you say this:
But then I hear Lord Hitchcock say this:
The two don't jibe. I'd like to hear an accounting of the clear facts of Scotland's antagonism that was, apparently, agreed to by all parties. I guess any of the stakeholders can deliver, since they all agreed, but I'd like to hear from Hitchcock since he acted on them.
