1. We have sent a copy of the high-uranium plant. The pilot plant is located in southern Bayankhongor Province, in the Gobi desert. OOC: Check your nation.
2. Reply Thank you for the information. Recently we have received permission from Zargathia for the transfer of some of the used fuel rods for the conducting of tests concerning our new nuclear reactor, which uses a higher-uranium contact than most. We wish to see if such a transfer is allowable from the Australian side. OF course, should the transfer be done, we will allow Australian inspectors to ensure that the fuel rods are not used for other purposes than running the nuclear reactor. - Greater Mongolia
3. Thank you for the permission. We wish you well, and shall try to see if any treaties can be signed between us after confirming with our protectors.
4. To Australia The Queen of Zargathia had suggested that we look for uranium from you. Would you be kind enough to send us some from the same source as the ones you sent to Zargathia? Thank you. Greater Mongolia
5. Reply Very well, we shall ask Australia. In the meantime, could a used rod or two be given for use to test our reactors with?
6. And thus Greater Mongolia is born!
7. To the Queen of Zargathia Recently Greater Mongolia has been established, and as our eastern neighbor, we wish to have cordial relations with Zargathia. Since our technology is similar, we are wondering if Zargathia would be so kind enough to supply the uranium for our newly built nuclear reactors? We would be greatful, and will provide access to various minerals within Mongolia. Leaders of Greater Mongolia OOC: If you agree, just RP the sending uranium.
8. We agree with the change, and sign the treaty. Here is the map of our territory, in orange. Signed, The Mongolian Tribes
9. "The amendment which Vauleyo-Buryatia has suggested seems to be in line with our concerns. Consider this our signature when the amendment is added." OOC: Add the amendment, and I'll sign. Territory would be all of Mongolia except the westernmost five provinces.
10. Article 8 in its current form puts Mongolia at the mercy of Cochin and Vauleyo-Buryatia, for either has the power to basically cancel us out of existence. If the article was that the treaty can be canceled when the three parties agree, then it would be fair to Mongolia. Here is our proposal for Article 8: This accord may only be canceled after all signatories have agreed to the cancellation and a 72 hour period has elapsed. If canceled, Article 5 is activated automatically.
11. Greater Mongolia agrees with everything, although it is not sure if Article 8 is in the complete interests of the Mongolian people.
12. Ulan Bator The summit meeting was scheduled, and the Mongolian leaders awaited what the thoughts of the protectors were. OOC: Just say what you wish to say, etc.
13. A group of Mongolia leaders sent messages to the current protectors of Mongolia. We, the leaders of the Central and Eastern Mongolian tribes, wishes to have independence. We wish to establish a neutral and peaceful nation, free of conflict. Please grant us this wish. OOC: Completely new nation. The 5 western provinces are not included in the request.
OOC: One must also consider that I never actually RP'ed a single occupation force landing.
OOC: What about this?
Maps of the territory existed from Japanese records, as the territory used to be part of the Empire prior to a series of mishaps involving territorial entities within it's radius. The 40,000 Japanese troops, although technologically superior and carrying advanced weaponry, already knew some bloodshed would be had.
Then where do those troops exist? Also, you did not say 'At the former Japanese capital'.
Landing troops ships anchored along the remaining majority of the IJN anchored outside the former capital would begin outfitting, with both tanks and marines.
Let's face it, both of us are idiots, but especially you for not recognizing that I had a goverment that was alive in the first place. I'll also follow your thoughts and ignore you until you toughen up.
15. OOC: Then write clearly. You wrote as if you had ships anchored at my former capital, New Kyoto.
16. Message to the world Currently the government of Japan is attempting to destroy the nation of Neo Japan. SInce we had never surrendered unconditionally, but surrendered since Koryo was willing to allow the nation to continue, outside of New Kyoto, we had dropped our weapons. However, the new rulers, Japan, has shown its true face by trying to eradicate us. We cannot tolerate it, for it goes against the original conditions of surrender. We ask the world to recognize us and give diplomatic support. Military is not needed, for this is out fight.
ooc: your NS is 7500, where are you getting all these men, tanks, and artillery?
OOC: I have over 23,000 IG citizens, resulting in a maximum solder number of 18,500 IG. Meaning, 185,000 RP troops and 1,850 tanks. And who cares about artillery?
17. Such fools were the "Japanese" soldiers, not unloading the tanks when they had the chance. They will be destroyed for it. One thousand howitzers and long range Katyusha rocket launchers came out of caves and started firing everything they got at the Japanese troops in the area. First blood was split. It was made sure that the Koryo forces were not touched. Meanwhile, already the Neo Japanese forces had taken 3/4 of the northern area. A message was sent to Vaulo-Buryatia "We have heard of your condemnation of Koryo, and wish to ask you a favor. Could you provide the protectorate in Kamchatka for a new home, and protect us from the forces of Japan and Korea?"
18.
Hm, does that mean Mudd can still RP his citizens in South Tahoe, despite the fact that it is Sargun's lands, because he (Mudd) hadn't rerolled into another nation? And I believe the Tahoan military hadn't been disbanded, though I might be wrong, so does that mean Mudd can still RP his (or part of) his Army and Air Force? Sorry, when I looked at this, Tahoe immediately showed up in my mind given the current situation revolving around it as of right now.
But Tahoe was wiped, completely different situation here. If any of the occupying forces RPed disbanding my military or deporting the leaders, I wouldn't be able to do this. They missed the chance.
19. OOC: I never disbanded my military. Your fault for not doing anything when you had the chance. Now, let's fight this out. IC: The Imperial Japanese troops will be facing a lot of trouble. New Kyoto was located on a mountainous region, ideal for insurrection. The heavily wooded area meant that unless the airforce were going to start firebombing everything, there were plenty of places to hide. Improvised anti-air guns, based on the German 88, would also help in fighting against armor. Japan was in for a real fight. Technology would not help win this: Only iron and blood would, and Japan was limited in both. OOC: Kankou, you have forces also?
20. In the case a nation surrenders but never rerolled, can it still be considered as existing even if it is currently occupied when its military had never been disbanded?
21. If there is no talk, there will be action. Movements The 185,000 troops and 1,850 tanks that had been on standby began rolling towards the small forces of Japan. Numbers would match for technology. OOC: Yes I can. I'm under occupation, having never rerolled. Just because you and Kankou went buddy-buddy and transfered the occupation forces doesn't mean I'm no longer existing.
