The reason NPOs leadership usually have strong nations is because they've been in CN and NPO for a long time. You don't join NPO and get a leadership position the next week. It takes months of dedication and hard work. Older nations are bigger then younger nations, therefor it is not surprising that NPOs leaders has strong nations. I imagine decent intelligence is required to reach a leadership position aswell, and intelligent people tend to know how to build their nations properly, thus growing faster then others.
This is just what I've heard, I have never been in NPO so if I am wrong I apologize.
most nations with political power are very didicated and will spend alot of time building up their nation- that is true. but surley that is just proving they have vested intrests, and vested intrests to defend?
I must never turn down aid, right? And I've never taken 44 nukes for the Order, because I only care about my nation. Right?

So, I'm talking to some people and I heard that it was MiketheFirst's birthday. Now, he's a cool dude, and I know he's dutch, so we decided to do a dutch tradition. See, on people's birthday's you decorate their chair. I had a bunch of paper lying around, so now he has a chair stapled with a lot of paper. Of course, there was stuff on the paper.

The New Pacific Order and FOK,
Reaffirming their desire to live in peace with all peoples and an governments, and desiring to strengthen the fabric of peace between their respective alliances,
Desiring to declare publicly and formally their common determination to defend themselves against external armed attack so that no potential aggressor could be under the illusion that either of them stands alone,
Desiring further to strengthen their efforts for collective defense for the preservation of peace and security throughout the world,
Have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE I
The High Contracting Parties obligate themselves to desist from any act of violence, any aggressive action, and any attack on each other either individually or jointly with other powers.
ARTICLE II
The High Contracting Parties will consult together whenever, in the opinion of either of them, the security of either of the Parties is threatened by external armed attack. Separately and jointly, by self help and mutual aid, the Parties will maintain and develop appropriate means to deter armed attack and will take suitable measures in consultation and agreement to implement this Treaty and to further its purposes.
ARTICLE III
Each High Contracting Party recognizes that an armed attack on either of the Parties in territories now under their respective administrative control, or hereafter recognized by one of the Parties as lawfully brought under the administrative control of the other, would be dangerous to its own peace and safety and declares that it would act to meet the common danger in accordance with its constitutional processes.
ARTICLE IV
The present treaty is concluded in perpituity, with the proviso that both High Contracting Parties will become unbound from the terms of this treaty 48 hours after notice of it's termination for cause is given in the form of a public pronouncement from a duly elected or appointed leader of the withdrawing High Contracting Party, to be posted on the main RP board of the Cybernations Forums and the respective forums of the High Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE V
This Treaty shall be ratified by the New Pacific Order and FOK in accordance with their respective constitutional processes and will come into force when announcements of ratification have been made via public announcement on their respective forums and the Cybernations Forums.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned alliances have signed this Treaty.

BSF spies will intercept anyone attempting to aid an enemy of BSF with a spy operation which eliminates the aiding members money. The same treatment will be given to NPO if they wish to escalate this any further. Any more questions?

Perhaps you should then be giving the same lesson to Joseph Thorne seeing as he not only trolls every single thread he is in, but manages to accuse others of trolling in the process for offering other opinions. But it is a tad curious I have yet to see that happening.
Oh well, NPO's affairs are NPO's affairs. BSFs are BSFs.

Alliances are in a state of war with alliances. That encompasses all the nations in that alliance. If the NPO declared war on...say...CPCN(Sorry, teh coups made me teh angry.), all their members would be at war with ours, regardless whether or not they are in peace.
