As title says. Just send the tech first. Sorry, been burnt too many times. You can look at my aid and see my deals. I always send the cash. I will make exceptions for nations over 120 days old. New nations (below 120 days) don't even ask. The slots are yours until you don't want it anymore. I had 5 slots full and now two more are open. The other 3 are going (for now). Again, just send the tech or if over 120 days old, message me and I'll look at your aid deals and then let you know if I'll send the cash. Just know that if anyone sends the tech they get preference.

Been burnt too many times by new players so if interested just send the tech and I'll send the cash promptly 10 days later.
