I can not speak for our .gov since I am not part of the gov but from what I know Conundrum acted on his own but has the support of many of our members that refuse to leave him to hang out to dry.

The senator in question was basically saying "this was good for everyone no discussion needed" instead of seeing the point behind the matter was not about 2 proposals. So he and an alliance member ate a nuke to get their attention. Hopefully, this got their attention and there will not be a need for this to go any farther.

Yawn, everyone cancel all treaties and make it were wars do not end up in a complete beat down of some alliance or complete global war. Then there needs to be some alliances that actually hate each other and want to kill each other and try every once in awhile.

Oh yea Donbo left out one thing about FAN for all of you that do not know much about us. We will do or say anything to stir the pot and upset people.

Honestly, are people saying we dont have a good CB, I thought it was the best CB anyone can have on Bob. For all the clueless out there, it is because we want to. It is the same CB everyone has every time there is a war but does not have the hairy sack to use.

What I find amazing is that people actually think we have payed attention and knew that they had recently been at war. The other amazing thing is that people actually think we care. As for the your treaties and such, we did not check that either. The treaty web is crap and we stopped playing that game a long time ago so we could do what we wanted at the same time don't think we don't have friends because real friends are better than paper treaties.

After reading about 1/2 of this thread can someone in GATO please point out the treaty that brought FAN into all of this. Oh wait there isn't one because we don't have treaties we have friends. When the time came our friends said hey do you want to play with our ball also. We were like hell yea. So get over it the treaty web is just that crap. Throw it away and get friends.

What you thought we were going to keep hitting NPO for past deeds, sometimes you have to let go and move on to new targets. As for the FANpile, all I can say is this is not a target rich enviroment. I just wish the GOONS that are in peace mode would come out and stagger us. Yes I know strategic blah blah blah.

As for the people talking about how many that are in anarchy. Anarchy means nothing in this day in time since any time you are nuked your government is plunged into anarchy. If a nation is not in anarchy then it just means they have not been nuked yet.

[/quote] I have always wondered. Why it is considered poor form to ask for reps from the people that surrender. Most of the time the people that surrender gave the power to .gov to make the decisions they have that lead to the war. Usually they engaged in the war (some do surrender at the very beginning but I am not discussing those at this time.) Why should they be able to bail on the alliance they supported and not have to share in the reps? I understand to that it makes it more enticing to lessen the number of combatants that you are facing in the field but what other reasoning than that.
