It really is a poorly put together. In my experience, weather, we are speaking just CN, or other browser game. This round about, beating round the bush kind of DoW is not only the least entertaining, but most annoying.This DoW would of have been better, in saying, our side of why we are going in. Maybe a funny joke of pic to go with it. Instead the DoW aims to create confusion for everyone. With bolding letters just to say what TOP is actually doing here? What is this? The party game mafia? It doesn't even feel like this DoW has any soul. Let alone Character. It should reflect the alliance that is declaring. So, do I think that TOP is a lifeless alliance? no, I don't. If TOP would be lifeless, they wouldn't have such a presence here on the OWF as they do. But this DoW is lifeless, and to me, does not reflect TOP. Hell, TOP players posting here have more life this this DoW dose.I'll say that Sparta's DoW was better and that was basic. Some creativity wouldn't hurt.I know I'm not the only one with this opinion. Maybe a different way of describing it, or even a better way of describing it.We're so sorry, we were desperately trying to please you. If we ever have to DoW on IRON again we'll try to put some "TOP spirit" into the DoW, human emotion, feelings and all that feminine stuff. -
Ummmm TOP, you guys have 38 nations in war mode and VE have 29 offensive wars against you how the heck can you mock VE for their blitz on you when they have 76% coverage against nations in war mode
I think we've said quite positive things about VE in their DoW topic. O.o

By the time this war ends, Those Iron Maiden tanks will be like Hair Metal pieces of junk!
I know it's not a good manner to post stuff like this because everyone have some people with bad WCs but the nation I'm sitting is fighting a IRON target which has:
- 9000 infra (used to be more)
- 8 million war chest
- 2 days of unpaid bills
- a navy
- and an offensive war
Although I've seen and know there are some over 10 billion WCs in IRON, some of this is bit ridiculous.

I haven't looked yet, how was our counter blitz? It wasn't planned, and it only consisted of the VE members on IRC !@#$%*ing about not having any open slots on MI6.
Exactly 30 mins after our DoW was posted I got countered by a coordinated unit. And a stagger was in place. So yeah at least they did well. Haven't had the time to look the entire stats of any of the blitzes: ours or yours.
But it was to be expected: your counter and some quality fighting.

I joined during last months of Karma war. I was recruited by Sparta and we were at war with NPO at the time. After passing the academy and learning that my alliance was at war with NPO I went to alliance list and saw what we know as NpO and attacked one of their nation thinking I was hitting an enemy of Sparta.
After that failure I kept picking on NPO's nations who were beaten down to very bottom ranges. Kept myself amused by counting how much damage I did to the monetarily by reducing their WCs. Fun times.

Your excuse is you cant find more than 15 targets (45 slots)..in top tier? Let's not delude ourselves here, you avoid fighting much in top tier when you can, regardless, your concern has been duly noted as well as addressed, now you have a big pool to choose from. Tommorow or day after (if you decide to not let your allies burn) you're going to be going back on your own line of 'not having enough targets in top tier' anyway.
Well thing is TOP admitted to itself that it had a problem by falling behind in tech race with Umbrella. Roq's feeding tech to Umbrella at more effective rate than KB has fed us :(
For a solution we decided to adopt IRON's approach since they're doing so fine in tech collecting.

Can we for once have a war that includes ODN and no puns about orange juice?
Also congrats to ODN for doing things the old school - first they post the DoW several minutes later they launch their wars in game. Although at update it was bit funny at first when I swiftly logged in to check the war to see OsRaven post a DoW and be the only one from ODN to have active wars on UPN - looking back at it now it makes a lot more sense.

There are logs to prove your government contacted NG government if they would be interested in rolling us, there's no debate about paranoia, as this is a fact.
For crying out loud everyone had that question in their mind, if NG would prefer to work towards rolling TOP or IRON in next war. I'm not surprised they picked us, I don't blame them either, but after how well you managed to dis them last war I wouldn't have been shocked had they chosen the other path as well.
And I fully understand your paranoia, after that coalition swinging plan you guys cancelled literally hours before exceution in last war, I'd be very paranoid about TOP's revenge as well if I was you.

Probably had nothing to do with what you did last war, but mostly results of your constant posting of mind-blowing crap.
You literally hurt PR of any alliance your part of, doesn't matter which or on who's side.

It seems odd that the war is being saddled with the raids of a completely separate entity ( or at least according to some ). Invicta really has nothing to do with Sparta or Polar.
Invicta is an ally of Polaris.
