It's really no use Easton, Emperor Stranger sees in me what he will and would argue with any positive thing you said about me. If he was half as consistent as the leader of an AA, he wouldn't only run his mouth on the OWF he'd actually -do- something.

I play this game and work as hard as I do for my alliance because it makes me feel useful again, something I no longer am to the Army, the thing I loved most and did best in my life, so think of it more as a surrogate for something I can't do anymore than a blurring of the lines, though at times I've done that too. I try to end conversations mostly when I think there is nothing to be said. I suppose that perhaps I should clarify more, even if I disagreed with Burning Glory on an issue I'd still follow him and his orders, so he speaks for me as a member of TPF, and always will. I respect him that much, if a leader of another alliance doesn't inspire that kind of loyalty I wouldn't feel they were qualified for the position. As far as my "e-fame" it's closer to be "e-nfamous" at least to some. As far as the moral high ground, yes I do, I more or less believe the world is full of idiots and that the majority of them exist on forums throughout the internet. I assume someone is an idiot until proved otherwise. On the other hand your ability to debate is rapidly removing you from that list, a list that some people continue to keep falling deeper into. Oh and if dogbite actually comes out to play, he doesn't make threats.

I think it was about the time where we were attempting to deal with a rather amazing issue ( namely 1000 odd nations attacking us ) and it seemed to have slipped by the kid that I started ignoring the meaning behind the words and just started poking him to see what insanity came out of his mouth. Easton old buddy, I still have a hard time with you think it was ok that Tiberius wanted to win by throwing TPF under a bus. However I've respected your opinion a long time now. We'll both do what we think is right. That much I know.

I think you might be the kid he's referring to, I know you are ten years my junior, the way he talks he might be 20 years my senior, makes him about the age of my father. In anycase I was attempting to explain to someone I do not recognize the difference between blind devotion and earned devotion by my estimate. I'll clear you up, so perhaps you can get into my head just a little better. I'm retired Army, I have my opinions outside of TPF, I voice them quite regularly, since I have no idea who you are or where you came from I understand you have no concept of who I am, what I've done, or what I've said beyond perhaps the last half dozen threads or so. I may be the only person on earth that has had Tiberius ( was a friend now an enemy ) and Lonewolfe ( was an enemy now a friend ) stick up for me in the same thread, as my sig says. However as far as TPF goes, let me explain something to you. Some men are worth of respect, some men earn loyalty, some men inspire devotion, some men are the type of men you follow into hell. Burning Glory is such a man. As I said, I'm retired Army and I had a man in my troop who I trusted like that. Burning Glory earns the respect and loyalty of men like me, I'd follow him into hell because he inspires me to do so. If you had even an idea of what it takes to know a person like that, or to have even met someone like that, you'd have figured this out by now. Since we have that cleared up, want to continue to make no sense? Or you want to drop the issue now.

I can't tell which is more amusing here here, that you think you have the power to actually make war on CDT with your newest alliance ( what's the total up to here.. 5 or 6, is that more or less than the number of round's you've played? ) or that you are surprised people want to ZI you. Do you truly see yourself as the victim in everything? Well it is my opinion, I know that of all the nations I've fought over my rounds, which include every major alliance except for AZTEC and WAPA, CDT has been the toughest ( though I think one guy from Phil's Army Division in MHA really gave me a run for my money, but I wasn't fighting him one on one, the CDT guy I was ). Either way, Pops you have put together a very good alliance that is respected across TE. That in itself is an accomplishment. Oh and as far as us attacking ES, I think there was a thread about it, we were under the impression that he was attempting a coup, not wishing to bring up that old argument again I'm leaving it vague. I don't really think anyone needs a reason beyond "He exists in TE" to fight ES

I have to say that this thread is great for levity and amusement. So o7 PIE, and Darth Pollard is a great name imho, even with the Star Wars reference ( I know I know, I may be the only person on earth who hates Star Wars, blame it on my ex-wife who drug me to the opening of the third new one, at which I was hit by a chubby fat kid in a Darth Vader costume wielding a plastic light saber, I took it from him and he called the police on me. This is near nonsense. Any nation, no matter the NS, can anarchy that nation. All that takes is enough NS to actually hit them, it all depends on the charts, obviously a 90% amount of your NS being in infra will lose to one that has 90% of it's score in Military. If it was a number of alliances that either = or is less than the number of nations in an alliance, even if they are not aligned to each other they would not, imho, be involved in a curbstomp, just a combination of alliances that are all attempting the same goal ( despite it being against the Beazy Philosophy I'll add a RW example, the KMT, and PWP two chinese factions in the China in the 30's and 40's, the former which became Taiwan's government, the second which now rules mainland china, who put aside their own civil war to present a united face against the Japanese in WW2 ) However when another alliance jumps an alliance already at war, and then the number of nations no swings against the alliance they jump. It's a curbstomp. That's it, I can't make it any more simple, and nothing else matters. So let's end the discussion before people try to justify a curbstomp by pulling out irrelevant numbers. Oh and let this be said as well. If Burning Glory posts here, I don't care what he says, he 100% speaks for me as well. Whatever the words he puts out, you can know for a fact that they come from me as well, and likely the rest of TPF's Government, however I won't speak for them, as they can speak for themselves, and will if they choose to.

This amuses me just cause sippy is not only a great leader but one of the games few females to play it. She's also talented and beautiful ( see my posts about aesthetic beauty vs. physical beauty, I am not "hitting on" sippy, but expressing admiration for her in a complimentary way. ) However Pops is dead on here, sippy is tough as nail and absolutely will defend GDA to her last breath.

I think at the end of the day we have two alliances with vastly different playings styles but that are still very competent, it will be a good competitive match, I'm not sure who to bet on, as I have friends on both sides. I think I'm leaning slightly towards LE, just because Jarhead and I have been good friends since the end of last round where we had a great back and forth conversation while we were busy kicking the holy hell outta each other. ( I won't say who won, Jarhead is an extremely competent fighter ). However Lolanae has always been one of my favorite people. The Romanesque style that LE puts out ( no no not the RE style, the Romanesque as in the quote "Their drills are bloodless battles, their battles are bloody drills" ) every round makes them very tough. However the war at any price and very non serious attitude Fark puts out leads them to fight hard just to protect their highly valuable Zombie beer ( I've paid millions for it, and will do so again, it's just that damn good, and I'm glad I'm fortunate enough to be on their buyers list, speaking of which this thread definitely needs more pictures of zombies and beer ). In any case, o7 LE, o7 Fark, and good luck to you both. The thing I know about both alliances is that they can fight this out, and still be civil and friendly with each other when it's done. A good example to the rest of TE.

I'm not sure Hisk would be insulted by the phrase "he isn't bloodthirsty" or not , I think he enjoys his reputation of random violence, one of the reasons I like him is his utterly unrepentent attitude towards everyone. Oh and tallah thanks for putting me in your sig, so far I think you're the only one and I'm truly flattered

Who do you have to declare on CDT with? ... and are you really tempting Pops? That would be the shortest war in history, and maybe the first to reach 100% anarchy ever. Maybe you are talking about SDF, or whatever you have left of it after people realized you're a disaster as a leader. I think if CDT attacked you and your alliance, I'd start a thread that I would ask all alliances everywhere not to interfere in anyway. Good luck with taking on one of the best medium sized alliances in the game.

Sippy.... you know that you and I are friends... and that I thought so much of you that when you needed to peace out early this round, I brought down my dream because I realized finally that it wasn't helping my friends or my opponents in TE. I want to state for the record, sippyjuice is my friend, you can draw from that what you will.

Wish I hadn't wiped the WOLF forums so I could show you where I put your application, the long strings of "You have to be kidding me's" posted after it ( maybe some of the people who said so would post here if they see this ) and that as a result I decided that since there were at least four nations amongst those posting, that bringing it to a vote was pointless. I was courteous to you ES till you became discourteous to others, which with you was rather quick. Now, that's the end of the story. I've tried to tell this story many times, but my guess is that most people don't really care, mostly because it's another repeat of a widely known story, and that the story contains you, who aside from comic relief adds nothing positive to this game. Even my cat thinks so...
