This needs more activity.

As far as I know (and I checked with a few others before making this) you can't nuke someone within 24 hours after the war declaration. I got declared on yesterday at 12:28 AM. The guy nuked me at 12:01 today. Not only that, but he only had one nuke available at the time and no Uranium trade. Less than a minute later, one of my allies tried to remove the nuke he hit me with (didn't see the attack was made) and supposedly succeeded. Screenshots: I'd also like to point out that the Improvements page told me that I can't afford to buy any others when there were none left to buy.

You should be fine then. I've yet to see any nations get deleted from inactivity right after update. I've seen it an hour or two after, but never that close. It'd be a bad time to do a check for them right after update durring the war anyway.

Admin said somewhere that 'inactive' nations are deleted sometime one the 20th day. So you may be able to get away with collecting right after update on the 20th day.

Thanks for making a new topic. Also, 'Gold' text would show up much better than 'Yellow' text. Should be something similar to the difference between 'Pink' and 'Hotpink'.

They used to be pinned in Player Created Alliances....not sure what happened.

I thought admin said something like each point of infra gives you 7-11 citizens, chosen at random when you buy it.

I've aided a few new people .01 tech with money before...to get rid of the slight happiness decrease for not having any tech.
