OOC: While I'd hate to do this, mich, I have to agree with the rest that according to the rules laid down in RP, you haven't conquered any land in Maryland because no battle exchange was actually RPed out. Secondly, even if you did, a massive border defense system would not have been ready overnight. Even the British trenches in WWI took days to finish their trench lines, and they were little more than mud ditches. The German defenses, being better built and more permanent, took longer to build. You're claiming to have a missile-equipped border defence system designed and build within a 24-48 hour time period. IC: As Treaty stipulates, the Kingdom of Friedland is supportive of Delaware's defensive efforts and will be willing to enter an agreement by which supplies will be supplied to Delaware as lease. The supplies will remain in the possession of Delaware until returned or destroyed, at which time Delaware can choose to purchase the goods at discount prices. These 'Lend-Lease' shipments will begin as soon as a timetable is decided upon by the contracting parties.
