I was actually surprised at how unlimiting the treaty was, to be honest. I am extremely grateful of all that Ragnarok has done for us, and I know that we have chosen the right protectorate, and the right sphere. RoK will be our friends for a long, long time.

Beauchamp, our MoFA, sent Ivan a PM on CN, which I've been told, too this very moment, has not been opened yet. Yes, we did try to contact Moldavi, but to no avail, and we've had to go through other government officials. We are still in the process of talks right now. We are basically waiting on Moldavi to show that he supports the proposed agreements in place by his Darth Prophet.

I have made considerable progress thus far with a member of the Darth Council. Talks are still in progress, but I see things moving toward an amicable resolution for both parties now. When things are fully resolved, we will announce the resolution more publicly.

Just for everyone's information, Ramneta and JesterXO do not speak for the entire TDO senate, and therefore whether or not we view what was said to be an acceptable apology has not been decided yet. MY opinion- I think it is the same old "we did it, get over it, we won't continue the campaign, now shut up" that we got the first time, and considering the immense disrespect that we have received throughout the entire process, I'm looking for something with much more respect and sincerity. You tell another alliance that what you did was wrong and kiss their butts because they have allies. Then, you tell us you were not wrong and that if we don't like it, we can kiss your rears- because you stopped recruiting from us for now. That doesn't seem like an apology at all to me.

All we received in our attempts to talk to NSO government was a circle of "talk to him, then him, and Ivan is the one that can overrule, but guess what, you won't ever be able to contact Ivan if you tried, so talk to this guy, and when you do, he'll tell you to talk to Ivan"

I think maybe YOU were satisfied but "We just sent out a bunch of recruitment messages- we did in fact authorize them. We messaged everyone in your alliance now, so it is done" is not a settlement.

In our conversations, you guys never answered the question of whether or not it would be ok for us to recruit from your membership. The reason you did not answer that question, is because the answer is clearly- no- it isn't ok for another alliance to poach your members. Why then do you think that you can justify poaching our members in any way, when on a grand scale, if you poached any other alliances' members that were not neutral, you would receive hell and high water for it? The fact of the matter is that you labeled us as "pacifist" when we are neutral. We are a sovereign alliance, and you interfered with that Sovereignty. To demand an apology is not out of line. To expect that we will not receive any future recruitment messages is not out of line either.

It has come to our attention that the NSO government has sanctioned the active recruitment and poaching of members of multiple alliances, including but not limited to: The Democratic Order, The Green Protection Agency, the Green Old Party and Grey Council. The message can be seen here: It has been confirmed by NSO that it was approved by their 2nd in command, Doppleganger, and that this was a premeditated and government approved act of war against our alliances. We have attempted to take a diplomatic approach through back channels and have been met with hostility and disrespect. We find these actions tasteless and we demand an official apology from Ivan Moldavi, Doppleganger, and Viktor. We understand that things have been resolved with Green Old Party, but no show of remorse was given toward TDO from NSO considering their actions toward us. We would like to be shown the same respect.
