    Well it's been real.  Thank you all for making this a very enjoyable and challenging experience.  The sun has set on my time here for now and I have instructed admin to place me into dormancy.  I have enjoyed my existence here more than most, admittedly.  Rather than worry about what caused what, or who did such and such, I choose to reflect back on my time here and say thank you to everyone who was a part of the experience that is Planet Bob: good, bad and ugly.

     

    The Doomcave will be left in the capable hands of my POW, Jerel of Steeldor.  Those of you who know how to reach me can find me in the afterlife, but for now, I relinquish my grip on the reins of DBDC and her glorious pixels.  

     

    Thank you again to everyone who influenced my path here and whose path I've influenced, this has been a very fulfilling journey.

    It's still a question, not any actual violation and a simple PM would have been sufficient. Even if there was a hypothetical malicious intent, it's still not a violation given the previous information. I've cancelled the nation sit, given the new information and now the topic should be moved and locked since it's resolved.

    First of all, this belongs in the Questions section, not Game Abuse, so I'll answer this here.

    Oya was concerned about his availability so I requested a nation sit. It's going to end up a moot point, since there are no wars he will fight in the next 9 weeks, and I haven't actually logged onto his nation, nor his forum account. There is no collusion as you are hoping for, just sporadic activity by Oya as expected by everyone in the know.

    As for wars, I specifically cleared this with admin prior to any conflicts, where it was made clear that if both nations were declared on it would not be a violation, nor would it be if oya declared first and I was hit subsequently. The only violation would be if oya declared on a target that was already engaged with me (Cuba) since that is my own doing.

    Like I said, most likely a moot point, given both his activity and the current/future war scenarios.

    That's kind of blatantly false. Many of the same members, ex-MK peeps in leadership, and the exact same DH antics.
     
     
    Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad thing. DH was a thing of beauty and CN effectively ceased to exist in the way it once did after it departed from the earth.

    I was a fan of MK while they existed, but that doesn't make 3 out of 25 a "many", given we have more from Non Grata and Umbrella than actual MK. We are in the second coming of Doom, and the tactics may have a semblance, but it's a whole different approach to power and influence.

    As far as global and historical mpact, I'm not sure DBDC qualifies, but the fact that 100% of alliances have to plan wars around how they would interact with DBDC speaks volumes.

    Does DBDC have a procedure for establishing its leader, or is the largest nation the de facto leader? Or have you even had to think about this up until now?

     

     

     

    That would be pretty awesome if true, especially if four or five of us were really close in NS, we could make executive decisions after buying 1,000 infra.  Do you think about the things you say, or do you just fling verbal poo and hope it lands somewhere?

  11. Alliance Ban. I need some help.

    Hello. Ok I may have screwed up royally. So today I went through removing, or thinking I was removing, inactive players in my alliance. Turns out instead of managing them and removing them that way I was hitting the "Ban From Alliance" button each time. I did this to about 13 or so alliance members. Now one of them wants back in, and he says he is going to be active. Is there any way to reverse this, or is he just stuck out there for good? Thanks.

    You removed 13 members of your alliance and only 1 wants to come back?

    also meta.note: Nation Rank: Ranked #1 of 9,040 Nations (Top 0.01%).  9040 nations including how many zombies ?  one poorly considered rule change in favour of the Doombirds and watch the game collapse.  if only the game had stayed the course as a reasonable NATION simulator rather than a mediocre COMBAT simulator !

    Nobody is jealous of cuba as far as i know. Maybe the slimy piece of crap hime is? idk.

     

    The only reason why cuba got big is because every nation he attacked.... he sucked them off and basically licked their hole to get peace after attacking so that he can maintain his stolen stats.

     

    While other DBDC nations were fighting real targets, cuba would cherry pick inactive and/or weak targets to gain tech and land with very little risk. He is the worst type of raider a cowardly selfish one.

     

    If a nation or aa does fight back he runs around irc/ skype crying and whining for help. Its really pathetic i have seen it many a time.

    So in addition to not making a single on-topic reference or statement, you choose to go ultra-vulgar and hurl personal insults publicly.

     

    This entire thread seems to validate your erasure.

    I'm thinking as long as he has a mention in your nation slogan space the usual prereqs dont apply.

     

    Also shazam! You're at the sweet spot and you are STILL ranked number one. That's quite an incredible collection of land there.

    Point well taken.  And thanks, but I'm just as cool with relinquishing the title (as long as it stays within DBDC).  I wasn't meaning to jab him too hard, just wordsmithing a bit.

    In what world does what you did justify your position now?  You betrayed an alliance that considered you a friend and now you want to make it simultaneously about taking down the evil DBDC, but yet every word out of your mouth seems to be only about me? 

     

    The jealousy is so palpable, I'm almost blushing reading your posts.  If you think I'm the least bit concerned over shedding some of my personal infra and tech numbers to defeat an alliance of well over 100 and twice my own AA's starting NS, you really haven't been paying attention to the way we do things in DBDC.  It's so much bigger than merely Cuba, or merely White Chocolate diplomacy or one member leaving the AA to join our enemy.  The people who follow me and who follow DBDC do not do so because I'm forcing them to, they do so because we represent an exciting dynamic to the status quo and you ranting vulgarities and bragging publicly about how much damage you do isn't going to derail support like you hope it will.

     

    Like I've said before, I don't expect you to grasp any of these concepts, and you'll undoubtedly psychologically project some random factoid about "Cuba" that's really about yourself, like choosing targets.  I literally have logs of DBDC having to change up target lists because you threw a tantrum.  

     

    As White Coco said, soon you yourself will fade into irrelevance, but your actions will live in infamy.
