OK update. Sure NPO can still keep their flag, its just that's it. Just like what we did to Ragnarok for a day or two. But they are unbolded, and they don't get a space. Lastly I hate the tiers!

I like to think alliances are nations and blocs are alliances. And nations are like cities or people. "1. Unity 2. Activity 3. Good leadership 4. Passion for war 5. Brotherhood" Exactly, except war passion is not needed. The newbie can chose peace over war if he/she wants to.

That's right. Also dare I say it, NPO's messages are messed up because when they were in fifth place, their recruitment messages still said "#1 alliance", I hope they meant in members. But very true, very true.

Just noticed that this morning. I can't believe they just barely lost their sanction! Random Thought: I hope they rewrite recruitment messages. Do they still say "#1 Alliance"? Cause they're not even sanctioned anymore. Random Thought 2: That's 3 Sanctioned neutrals.

Most of this makes a lot of sense. However I like peace not war, unless I'm attempting to destroy a rogue. The only part I don't like. Well, what right does NPO have to make GPA pay huge reparations and rewrite it's charter? Or making GATO stay in viceroy for a year, etc, etc. But otherwise good speech.

Voted FAN, because, well, I like the soldier guy (whatever that is) and I love the color yellow. Plus I'm supposed to be on blue for my alliance but I'm yellow anyway because I want to vote for FAN in the election every time, lol.

Instead of rewriting charter I'd like rewriting recruitment messages (they are always lying). Also I want the apology thing, but otherwise terms are Ok. And Only 20 nations above 2,000 Nation strength possibly. Also, I was thinking the peace mode people only have to be tortured for 7 days not 14.

It made me hate them more since they attacked another alliance for spying by accepting screenshots of war chest sizes. So? Now this is their punishment for attempting to destroy FAN, GATO, Legion, etc.

Yes I want them to make a sincere, polite apology to all the alliances they took part in destroying and/or giving harsh terms they won't accept themselves, including GATO, FAN, Legion, etc.

I have declared the Moldavi Doctrine null and void also, I just didn't announce it. Also, I'm glad there's tons of new Red alliances popping up.

It was either Unjust War (Fall of GOONS, \m/, WUT) or Karma War (Fall of NPO, IRON, Mobius) but in the end I picked Karma War.

Ok Update Minilla. However please remove Ubercon as while it is above the drop line, it is not above the add line. If an alliances passes the add line, it is added. If it goes below, it is not removed. If it goes behind the drop line, it is removed. Otherwise a fine update. I think I will try again on an update using realtime stats, may I on Monday?

It would have been better if there was lighter terms for Echelon, and give the huge reparations to NPO and TPF. And I don't where that logic came from.
