Well one thing that I actually DO LIKE about this bloc thing. I think this will force everyone to throw off the gloves next round and use any means necessary in a fight. I strongly encourage everyone to act like this is a war game now and use nukes, planes, ground attacks, spies the whole arsenal. Invite allies into battles and roll anyone that you get into a fight with. DIPLOMACY NO LONGER HAS ANY PLACE HERE! Fight until there is nothing left but smoldering ashes of the nation you were at war with. They can always reroll. We all know that TPF, RE, and TF can no longer play any "foul" cards on anyone in TE. Should take care of some of the thread spamage!

Gabs, I really am trying to stay respectful here buddy. I'm sure it was REAL difficult to go to several alliances and say, "hey guys, wanna form a big block of alliances so that everyone will be afraid to hit any one of us? That way we can try to grow REAL big and win round after round. I mean, I know there will be no challenge to it. But hey, this is game, challenge gets in the way of fun! And then we can make some big grandious announcement to try to further scare alliances off!" Yeah, I bet that took several minutes to put together. Bravo on your hard work! Let me talk to mamagement. Maybe we can work out something for next round for TF, TPF, and RE vs. LE. I like the prospects. As I said before (and your statement here supports) you guys are ALL about scare tactics. (I only speak for myself here) Believe me, your ability for any or all 3 of those alliances to strike ANY kind of fear into my pixels are extremely overrated! However, I have to pat you on the head and say 'nice try'. And keep up the good, hard work there sport. I'm sure its as difficult as you make it sound.

LOL, and we would be this round also, but LE and TF really whipped up on each other early on. We got the best of them in the end, but at a severe price to ourselves. I myself have still not fully recovered and other than Neo, the rest of TF and LE have really suffered this round. I'm just disappointed in the fact that you guys feel the need to continuously do things to try and scare people from attacking you. There have been NUMEROUS threads this round where I have pointed that out to you guys (especially TPF). You guys really COULD be better than you are if you would just extend yourself a bit and quit trying to play the bully. You guys really COULD improve at war if you chose the road of strategy instead of pure numbers. However, this is a road well travelled by you guys. There is always safety in numbers. I guess the point I am trying to make is that we ALL already knew that you guys were in bed with each other. We really didn't care. But making an announcement like this is just an intimidation tactic that is sad and weak. Unfortunately, it WILL work against a large part of the TE population. I seriously hope that you guys get buried in people wanting to join you guys and grow to over half the TE population. More tech targets for LE! And awfully hard to control and coordinate.

Don't kid yourself Tibsy! There already is a counter bloc. Its consists of approximately 90 nations and consistently lays waste to any of you guys that have chosen to take it on for over 3 rounds now. Its name is Lafayette Escadrille. We salute TF as being the next best fighting alliance in the game. Ask them how that went. We attacked all your top guys from each of your alliances at the end of last round, plus about 12 other alliances. In all honesty, this REALLY isn't fair. And you know it isn't. You may need to go pick up a few more alliances to have a shot against LE. Bring it cupcake!

Once again, I just want to say that I like the challenge here. I think LE has demonstrated that we aren't afraid of any silly bloc you guys want to put together. I mean, we attacked across alliances last round and invited nearly all of TE to hit us back. That is until certain members of the bloc thought it would be more prudent to get the mods (since they were getting the rear ends handed to them) involved to stop the war. But thats history. So understand, LE isn't bothered by this one bit. However, most alliances are not LE. This WILL stifle game play for most part. You guys know that. My only issue is (and I'm just curious and would like an answer to this) if you have 3 to 5 of the top 10 alliances, including the largest and the only one to compare with LE (salute TF), what are you guys "protecting" yourselves from?

That about sums it up from TPFs perspective I think! *LOL* Thats the way to increase entertainment in the game. Take away the challenge. LOL, thats just weak buddy.

Tiberius You are already showing weakness by caring what others have to say. You already set this up. At least be a man and stand behind it. If it ruins TE, it ruins TE. I can find another game to play. The only people this ultimately hurts is you guys and the mods. Believe me, when 5 of the normal top 10 alliances form a 'bloc' for PROTECTION, you have already stated that even though we are ALREADY in the top 1% in strength in TE, we still fear for our safety! I see this for what it is. Since you are already admitting weakness, do not further go down that road. Stand behind your decision!

Personally. I like the challenge! I do not give a rat's furry butt who wins the round. Obviously you guys do. Winning the round is more important to you than anything else, including the spirit of the game. I equate this to playing a game and enableing all the cheat codes to become invincible. Note that I didn't say that you guys are invincible, I just think that you guys WANT that. I think you guys can be beaten, really, without much difficulty. Sure, one of your alliance may win the sanction race because you recruit openly and get alot of deadbeats to pad your numbers. You may win the highest nation race just from pure number standpoint. Understand, yes, I do think you guys are cowards. However, as I said in a post to Tiberious in another thread, I don't care how you run your government. Your viewpoint of winning is obviously different from mine (and most of LE). We feel winning in a WAR game is having fun, taking on alliances bigger than us, and pushing the limits of our abilities to see what we are capable of. You guys want to be able to to make yourselves feel warm and cozy and not extend yourselves at all. My 5 year old likes playing games like that. He hasn't learned that it isn't ALL about winning. But as I said, I like the challenge. As opposed to whining about this (really kinda stupid) move, I will be looking for ways to keep myself entertained. However, I am just like the rest. If it gets to the point that this game is boring like SE, I'll be happy to find another game to play and let you guys have 100% instead of 40%.

What if we just make funny faces at them from a distance and they get their feelings hurt. Big brother jumping in there too? *snicker*

Gabryal, I'm glad to see that TPF has changed its view that war isn't fair. During the war last round when LE blitzed, there were ALL kinds of threads about fairness. It was starting to get kinda sad. Its been a continuous problem with an alliance of 90 set members always being 'the bad guy', no matter how big the alliance is that we attack. Its just good to see that you guys are all about war being war! Woohoo....thats what LE thinks and wants! I hope it isn't one of those situations where this is all well and good so long as it benefits you and you start crying foul if you get beat up a bit. I hope to see the same type of threads next time the odds tip against you. But I'm sure it is! I have found a new respect for TPF if this holds true! SALUTE!!

Really wasn't a criticism. I was half making a joke (see the laughing icon) and half taking a shot at your little 'bloc' alliance for sport. Personally, besides you guys trying to force the game into a bunch of large allied alliances (how redundant is that). I like you guys. Ya'll fight hard. I just think that you guys have lost sight of what this type of game is supposed to be. And I reserve the right to take shots until you guys grow a pair and stop trying to turn this into SE. By making this announcement, I feel that you are forcing smaller alliances to disband and join your merry band of 'tag alongs' just to try and win a silly sanction race each round. The quote below was what elicited a response from me. Yes, I read the thread. Yes, I read what Ammon said. No, I'm not saying you guys, as a whole alliance, will roll small alliances. Yes, I think you guys are trying to find easy tech raids. No, my opinion shouldn't matter in your alliance affairs. I would lose a TON of respect for you if it did! Utimately, I really don't care how you handle it. I hope it works out for you. My understanding of this could be WAAAAAY offbase. I have been wrong before, just ask my wife!! Just because we differ in opinion doesn't mean that I won't respect you in the morning!

Plus I think this is cute. It gives you a blank check for attacking small, easy alliances as opposed to taking on alliances more your size. Seems to fit right in with the new mind set of TE. Make friends with the ones that can hurt us and slap around the weak. You guys are like the anti-Robin Hood aren't ya!

Awesome war guys. You guys took me from the top 10 in the alliance to the last page. I may be one of the re-rollers. That has been the most fun I have had in TE yet. SALUTE!!!!!

This has been an awesome war regardless of what reasons may have preceeded that led up to Fellowship declaring. BG, I believe what several members of LE are saying is this 1) we did not declare this war. 2)If Fellowship was not prepared, then they shouldn't have declared. 3)We do not offer excuses and would not tolerate anyone offering excuses for us. I would hope Neo feels the same. Yes, we determined early on based on the attack scheme that Neo was trying to hold down an alliance that could be a factor in the flag later in the round (revisit last round for details ). Yes, it was something that we just guessed at. We have no evidence to support it. But based on our assumption, the leadership developed a WAR strategy to wound Neo's chances to the best of our ability. Its war, and thats what we are supposed to do. If you are making excuses to help Fellowship save face, just stop. It's sad. Mostly because they do not need it. Fellowship kicked the living crap out of me, and I loved the entire ride. I started out at #5 in the alliance and now I'm on the last page. There is no excuse other than I was beaten down. Bottom line is (and there is NO disrespect intended towards the Fellowship here), they declared and we kicked the living doggy-doo out of them. Thats what TE is SUPPOSED to be. Next time, bring the entire 'bloc' party. It will be even MORE fun! We LE guys are just nuts!!

Yet another potential great one on one war that has to be ruined by the bottom feeders of the game. Instead of going and finding a slightly bigger alliance and fighting your own war, you have to go and ride the coat tails of your sugar daddy. Good show GATO, you exemplify what this game is becoming. This is the type of thing that several of you larger alliances in that 'bloc' criticized LE for last round (even though we never asked for assistance). Good to see that many of you have changed your positions and support it now. Guess RE knew MHA would be too much to handle. Good luck Thai. I'm pulling for MHA now.

LOL, I sincerely second this. My nation was one that apparently ALL the TF members involved DID get the secret message. They have beaten me to a pulp! But not without incurring some damage themselves. But my hats off to TF. The group that engaged me has shown nothing but class.

I don't think LE is outclassed. TF got the original jump with their blitz. But the current stats have LE losing around 32k NS and TF is down 29k NS. LE is holding their own, even after being blitzed. And loving EVERY minute of it I might add! Trust me, LE still has good fighters, even with a few sitting out this round.

I'm glad to see you guys are itching for a fight Clash. Thats what the game is supposed to be about! I just hate seeing anything that may be misconstrued as deterring an all out slugfest. I don't care one bit if I get blown off the face of TE, so long as I can have fun during the trip, and B) I can take a few others with me! So far, TF is doing a good job of keeping me entertained on the trip to oblivion! Salute!

Well, unlike SOME other alliances, we don't need, or ask for help. This game will be just like CN:S soon enough. But thanks for the heads up. Personally, had I been in your shoes, I would have wanted someone else to jump in so that we could join the fray. Not try to intimidate people into staying out. But hey, thats where TE is headed. Neo, unlike many, LE appreciates a good scruff. And Fellowship and LE are usually a good matchup IMHO. You won't hear us whine when we get bloodied. Of course, it ain't over yet! We'll see how things go over the next few days. Good luck!

Beazy, I have no idea how old you are, but I am assuming from your posts on here that your out of school for the summer and are between the ages of 8 and 14. Just a little life lesson bud 1) try to spend a little less time on the computer trolling boards. It will serve you better in the long run to have some sort of a life. 2) Try to get a little more class. This too will serve you better later in life. When you finally decide to step outside into the sunshine one day, you will find that being a tool all the time doesn't work out for ya. P.S. Make sure you use sunblock. Come on Ferrie. Leave these poor guys alone. They obviously have nothing better in their lives than these pixels. You should feel sorry for them. Besides, if LE taking on the top 40 nations across alliance lines isn't an honorable fight, then nothing LE does will be honorable. Next round, I wonder if the admins can create a kiddie CN:TE game. They can arm their soldiers with squirt guns! For the ones of you that are fighting back in true TE fashion without crying, SALUTE.

If we all agree to end this thread, I'll buy the first round.
