  1. Good point (I thought they could also be used to show how militarised every alliance is).
  2. I never really saw the point of Soldier/Tank graphs, considering how quickly you can buy them
  3. So it would have to be a standard attack, no 'Air Wars'?
  4. So a nation won't be recognised as being part of a different alliance if their AA has "Tournament Member" added to it?
  5. That implies any level of damage is fine (and a fighter only war is essentially no damage), so long as neither alliances are in an alliance war. My question is can my alliance members be counted as seperate if they add 'Tournament Player' to the end of their AA.
  6. Could I have a war with another alliance member if one of us added 'Tournament Player' to our AA tag? If that is not a warnable offense could we engage in fighter battles only? E.G: Nation 1 AA: Order of the Dark Knights Nation 2 AA: Order of the Dark Knights - Tournament Player OR Nation 1 AA: Order of the Dark Knights - Tournament Player 1 Nation 2 AA: Order of the Dark Knights - Tournament Player 2
  7. Basically agree with the people above: Strong economy = Greater military potential (not to mention a much larger warchest, something vital for wars beyond 1k infra). I hope it doesn't involve underpants... If you can't make phallic statements with NS then what can you do? *Notices people discussing number of soldier casualties. And nuke numbers. And tech. And infrastructure. And wonders.*
  8. I'm interested in purchasing a donation every month for at least the next 6 months at 9m+50 tech tech for each. Nation name: Soleichunn
  9. If you are waiting for 15 days or so at 2k+ infra then swapping LCs for Factories, buying infra then swapping Factories for other economic improvements can also be a valid option.
  10. That's a good set; It leads to the 3BR (Construction, Beer and Fast Food). Now, if you had something like Gems/Gold (or Gold/Silver) then you'd be in a bit of strife, as not many people just bank (instead of buying infra). Uranium/Furs or Uranium/Gold would be a pretty difficult set as well.
  11. Maximum money with improvement modifiers (before tax): $1 x 2.07592875 = $2.07592875 Maximum money with improvement and the Scientific Development Center wonder modifiers (before tax): $1 x 2.1475125 = $2.1475125 Taxed amount: $2.075 x 0.3= $0.622778625 Taxed amount with the wonder: $2.1475125 x 0.3 = $0.64425375 Improvements only: You get $0.622778625 (or $0.623) in tax for each unmodified $1. Improvements and Wonder: You get $0.64425375 (or $0.644) in tax for each unmodified $1. EDIT: Included the effects of a wonder.
  12. If you have the 3BR tradeset then improvement swapping is useful at 1600-1800 infra, even if you only gain 100-200k more than normal (though that needs about 15 days of not collecting).
  13. It's the same as population improvements/resources; It multiplies the current modifier if it is not a same. Example: Say you have Fish (+8%), two Clinics (2%+2%= +4%), a Hospital (+6%) and a National Research Lab (+5%). 1.08x1.04x1.06x1.05= 1.25 population modifier. Afaik the population boosts aren't as great as the +5 happiness/+$10 wonders on average (except for the DRA, that provides another vital aid slot).
  14. I was just curious about it so I decided to work it out (though if there were an infra one it would also affect it). I can easily strip out my current resource/improvement/wonder/government/religion/tech bonuses to happiness/money. What I also need to do is take out the starting happiness/income tax per citizen (which would need the nation's resources and tax rating).
  15. I'm not asking for tax ratios (I'm a large nation) I'm just asking for how much tax a new (just started) nation would have with a listed resource/tax set (I'm trying to see if nation age or infra amount is increasing my happiness/tax per person).
  16. When discussing the SM/SSS as your first choice it is important note the most important factor is time. For the most part a SSS is better but the real limiting factor isn't the money, it is how long it takes to get it. If you need to wait to save the money for the SSS when you can get an SM then just get an SM.
  17. Can someone tell me the tax income per person for a new nation (just started) along with their resources and tax rate?
  18. I suggest that you read this thread before you get an IS as your first wonder: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=12640 I'm also waitingto get all of my economic wonders before I get the military ones.
  19. Someone has 15k . You get the same happiness boost from a Stock Market but the Great Temple costs 5m more (and religion has no IG effect other than giving the +1 happiness for having a religion the people want).
  20. I thought they had an improvement/wonder guide.
  21. I was thinking the same thing when I looked at my 35m result... It seems a bit large to me though, unless some of it is there to buy infra once the war is over... I would be worried if a large nation fought a war without having labour camps in place.
  22. Same. I agree with the others about trade sets. It is irritating to have trades fall out with only a few days to get someone else to fill in their place. On the same token it is better to get the perfect trade from other colours than to have suboptimal trades in-colour (of course they should be expected to be only temporary so you can have some time to get in-colour trades). The 3BR and 5BR are good for nation growth, at some point you're going to stay for a few months at a particular infra level and at that point you should have a banking trade set.
  23. National Research Lab: 482,549.0955 additional income p/day (extra 4007.55 population, extra 3200 soldiers/400 tanks). Internet System: 497,737.71 additional income p/day (extra 6.21 tax). Great Monument: 398,190.168 additional income p/day (extra 4.968 tax). Internet is slightly better, though if you plan on going into a ground war soon I'd suggest the National Research Lab.
  24. NOTE: If you need kidneys to survive you must provide your own. Also; Bump.
