    I would mostly be curious to see if you would have this same lenient stance if this were MK or GOONS making the announcement. Something tells me you would not.
     
    PZI is harsh, but as Yev pointed out, a small nation with little to lose, would have no fear of a single ZI. Maybe define it as X rounds of war.
     
    Also, since im shocked nobody has said it yet, Imma be the 1st to say it. NPO back on top, return of PZI! RAWR!

    Damnit Rush, when we discussed that in the joint CnG-NPO-DH channel, we agreed we wouldn't mention it on the OWF!

    Friends and allies,

    It is the unwritten job of every Emperor to leave the Order in better shape than he or she found it. I have been left a New Pacific Order that has rebuilt itself from the ashes after Armageddon under Cortath, broken from its foreign isolation under Mary the Fantabulous, and has regained preeminence under Brehon. For that, my predecessors, I am grateful and I salute and hail each of you.

    It is with great humility I accept the mantle of Seventh Emperor of the New Pacific Order. The Order stands at a crossroads, having become a major world power anew. It is my duty as Emperor to ensure she continues along that path and to become the premier alliance she was at one point again. It is a burden I take knowing full well the task that lies before me, but one in which I will devote myself completely and fully.

    As my first act as Emperor, I hereby raise to the Regency Red. She will join me in seeking that which is best for the New Pacific Order, and I can think of no one better suited to the tasks that lie before her.

    That Pacifican that attacked Kaskus was notified as soon as the issue was brought to our attention and the war was peaced out. Mistakes happen, as we discussed earlier today, US. Also, I'm sure your government would appreciate you ceasing to threaten government members of other alliances on their behalf. I imagine they find you trying to use their e-peen about as amusing as we find it.

    If Methrage is calling me irrelevant, I think that clearly means I've reached new heights of true relevancy.

    As to the greater point, look... would Pacifica have preferred NG not enter on the side they did? Of course we would have. They told us the conditions they would enter on either side, those conditions (one of their M-level allies being hit) were met first by the DR/NPO/Etc. side, and NG did what they told us they were going to do. This really shouldn't be a story to anyone who actually pays attention to things. Unless, of course, you're named Methrage and you're clearly not paying attention.
