you won't really find an alliance that lets you raid without any sort of permission. TSCE will let you as long as the target is unaligned, innactive (and doesn't have anything about being active in their bio) and that you inform us first so we know how you're doing. we'll even help if you get attacked by any friends of the guy you attack. but you must accept their peace if they become active check us out http://z6.invisionfree.com/TSCE/index.php?act=idx

As some of you may know The Shadow Confederacy recently attempted a merger with The Circle of Icarus. Although the merger went ahead many members felt that it was not right and so The Shadow Confederacy has decided to reform once more under the leadership of E.Grievous. We are now known as The Shadow Confederacy Empire. many aspects of the alliance will remain the same however there will be a number of changes to ensure that the alliance grows and maintains its strenth. Any new member wishing to join will recieve excellent training from our experienced members and there is also the offer of financial aid for those nations who need to grow and military aid for those under threat.
