The Oceanic alliance is one month old today. I know you are saying,"Only one month?" This past one month has been very difficult and trying to everyone. We have lost government, been threatened and went through a hard time. No matter, those challenges encouraged us more. First of all, Thank you to the people who attempted to hind our progress. I would also like to thank everyone who has helped us including everyone who has given out aid and those of you buying tech from us. We would also like to think the boys at Athens who have, advised, encouraged, and supported us. Thank you to everyone else who has supported us. The sea goers continue to brave the storm. I would like to introduce a new minister to you all, Beltazar. Beltazar and me have been talking since he began his career and I have grown very fond of him in this short time. Today, Myself and the regents have decided to promote Beltazar to Minister of Raging Storms. I would like to be the first of many to congratulate beltazar on his Promotion and wish him the best of luck.
