A special shoutout to Manta, former leader of New Workers Front. It was through him that Nueva Vida met Monos Archein.....if not for him, both alliances might have never met and would have missed out on all the good times we have indulged in so far

When Nueva Vida and Monos Archein signed our TOA back in March we took the principles of that treaty to heart. We used it as an opportunity to get to know one another and grow closer as allies and friends. Thanks in part to NV’s unwavering support and advice MA has found great success. Their government officials are some of the finest players we have had the pleasure of working with. With all that said, we are here to announce that Nueva Vida and Monos Archein have outgrown our Treaty of Amity as it no longer represents how close we have become, and present the following treaty.
Tequilla & Scotch Accords
A Mutual Defense Pact between the alliances of Monos Archein and Nueva Vida
Preamble
In the interest of maintaining peace, security, friendship and stability between Monos Archein (MA) and Nueva Vida (NV), the undersigned hereby agree to the following terms of mutual defense:
Article I: MonArchs and Aztecs Party Together, but Drink Different Brews
Through the signing of this pact, it is wholly transparent that both parties will remain sovereign, as will the individual members in each alliance. This document is not a merger of any kind and only pertains to the security of both signatory alliances. In other words, the Aztecs will continue to drink Tequila and MonArchs will continue to consume Scotch.
Article II: Jaguar Warriors and Horses!
Through the signing of this pact, both parties hereby agrees to defend and aid each other in times of conflict when requested by the other signatory alliance. Should either of the signatory alliances be attacked by another power, the other party is obligated and required to come to its assistance with its full resources. This Mutual Defense Pact only applies in a situation in which one of the signatory parties comes under the direct and specified attack of another alliance. Thus, If any of the undersigned parties are required to participate in a war due to another treaty obligation, then this pact is considered inapplicable.
Article IV: Aztecs and MonArchs Should Respect their Neighbors
This pact will not be activated in the circumstance that a signatory party has engaged in provoking another alliance, espionage, or otherwise conducted its foreign affairs in such a way as to bring the conflict upon itself. Under these circumstances, if one party to this pact calls upon the other party to provide assistance in a time of war, it is under the discretion of the said party to do so.
Article V: When Our Brews Run Out…
Should either signatory feel that the spirit, with which this pact was signed, no longer exists, they should inform the other signatory 48 hours prior to canceling. This pact will remain in effect for the notification period of 48 hours. Both alliances agree to a mandatory non-aggression period of 72 hours once this is canceled.

Monos Archein does not have anything to do with ONOS. For the record we only have MonArchs at MA. We are and will continue to be an active, stable alliance who was fortunate enough to have some great friends join our ranks.

Should I point out that he has already been a part of a re-education program in the past that failed by all accounts. Bottom line he belongs to another alliance whether he comes back as Mezz, Mannaga or Santa Claus.
Taking advantage of the USN's inability to deal with him at this time by announcing himself on the OWF right now was distasteful. IDC offering him protection when its clear a leader of the USN objects shows questionable judgement and sets a bad precident of protecting perm ZI players for money.

Mannaga/The Supreme Mezz has come to us with a set of terms that to be honest we just couldn't pass up.
We also added one other stipulation which has a sense of irony to it all, given the circumstances surrounding a player at The USN who him Mannaga/The Supreme Mezz know each other in RL and for some unknown reason have always had this crazy competition going with there nation size.
Hmmm if they are adding stipulations and stating that they couldnt pass it up something tells me they have accepted this player. Not to mention the little matter of his Alliance Affiliation unless of course he is just ghosting IDC.

So IDC will be taking a member known to be on perma ZI lists since he's willing to pay for protection. Interesting policy I will be interested to see how this works out for you folks.

I was trying soo hard to be good and not post in this thread, but you had to choose now to taunt the USN didnt you?
Mezz now that FEAR has dropped you (hails to Boris and FEAR for that decision) I assume many will line up to play with you (once you come out of peace mode that is)
Your thread accomplished nothing other than ensuring you will face this nations existence in peace mode or in an unending state of war. Perm Zi means just that, a lesson you ought to have learned by now.

A Celebration Announcement From Monos Archein

Members of the CyberNations Community,
It is with great pleasure that I announce to you all today of Monos Archein’s significant milestones. After exactly 6 months to the day of hard work, we have finally surpassed 300 nations and the 3,000,000 total NS mark!
I am also pleased to announce that the merger between The Dominion and Monos Archein has been widely successful. They have brought experience, leadership, and more scotch! They have been most welcome and our two alliances highly compliment each other.
We want to thank so many for helping MA reach this goal. But first off, let me thank our dedicated members. The Women of MA, Government Officials, and Members of Monos Archein your loyalty and hard work has made us what we are. We would not be here today without your stalwart dedication to this alliance.
Secondly, I would like to give special thanks to our amazing allies. Our success is largely due to their friendship with Monos Archein:
The New Pacific Order, has gone to great efforts to guide us. Especially Noob5, VektorZero, Millionario, and you Deatvert, your patience with me in particular will not be forgotten.
We belong to a team sphere that is filled with exceptional alliances, the leaders of those alliances in the Maroon sphere have been amazing and we thank you.
