  2. OOC: By that same argument, I should still have my uber-mechs. But I don't. I just turned them into F-15K Slam Eagles and gave them a new name. Just my two cents. Also, that Juggarnaut Tank picture is wayyyyy overused.
  3. Inquiry from the Office of the Emperor to the Office of the Military Governor of Kyokujitsu Teikoku Sir, Recently my aides handed me a report in which your office issued orders for all former Kyokujitsu Teikoku citizens at the time of declaration of war to report in to certain offices. It is known that a very large portion of the Korean population of the former Kyokujitsu Teikoku were evacuated by the Shillan Imperial Navy to the Empire at a significant cost to our own nation. All of these peoples are currently undergoing naturalization processes in the Empire to become Class 2 Citizens (That is, immigrant citizenship (OOC: Think green card in the US but more benefits)). Therefore, the Empire would like to inquire as to whether or not these citizens must be transported back to the islands of what was Kyokujitsu Teikoku or, if your gracious office do permit, have these designated "check-in" locations set up within our borders for the convenience of our state, our newest citizenry, and for your own military. Naturally, large numbers of foreign soldiers would not be permitted upon our soil but Tahoan Military Police will be permitted to set up these point wherever necessary and would be supported by the Shillan Imperial Guard. If, however, your office do decide to refuse this inquiry, then the Empire will not pay for the passage of any of those in question and, as their monetary assets are all currently under review by the Ministry of Finance for conversion, etc., the people in question have no possible way of paying for their own passage to the islands. We await your response. Signed, Emperor Kim Seho, Sovereign of the New Shillan Empire.
  4. There is the line he is talking about. In your own post and in your own words. You sir, have failed.
  5. Yes, we aren't the best RolePlaying bunch out there. But who cares? The whole point is to have fun. Why? Because this is a game. If we have fun playing our way of RolePlay, then we shall have fun regardless of whether you consider it to be "good" or not. Also, very nice first post. I congratulate you.
  6. But how many of them have the power of the Almighty Barrel Roll? Also, MERRY CHRISTMAS.
  7. Ladies and Gentlemen of Cybernations RolePlay, it is time for us to once again decide the future of our RolePlaying for now and evermore. Since as long as most of us can remember, CNRP has been divided into four forums: News Reports, Global Politics, National and War, Characters and Sports. Three of these forums are no longer in use and almost all RPs have been crammed into the News Report forum. Now, we have forever maintained that people can RP without joining the "CNRP" (that is, the RP where we all agree upon rules, where people are, etc.). This continues to hold true but as of late, as there are "official threads" pinned to the top of the board, people have become confused and some think that they have to join our "CNRP" in order to use the News Reports forum. This idea has been kicked around quite a bit and so here it is again (for voting and viewing pleasure): Create a separate forum for the "CNRP" (the one with the map, tech rules, etc.) and a separate forum private RP's that can honestly do whatever they want (as they would only be affecting themselves and those they invite to RP with them). This idea is beneficial to all parties involved as it allows for us "CNRPers" to finally have a single forum that we all use and that we know that all of the posts are meant for our "CNRP" purposes. This would allow for anyone (ourselves included) who wish to simply RP and do whatever they honestly felt like (within forum rules, of course) to do so as well. On the other hand, CNRP is not fully unified, and because we will never fully agree, no version of CNRP should be considered official, while all otherversions be cast out. (Versions such as superweapons vs nosuperweapons) - Gebiv. The future is in your hands. Please vote wisely.
  8. Now, a new map idea sounds great. Fine. It would be an interesting change. However, even with five people working on the map, can you really get the same amount of detail/etc. as the real world gives us? On top of that, we would have to figure new land formulas for it all making it more difficult on current players and new players. Why? Since right now we can just head over to our IG nations and check what our nation roughly looks like in the "My Nation Map" function. On a new planet, we would have to do mathematical formulas for pixel => miles, figure sizes of nations, etc. I'd rather not have to do that.
  9. Uh no. They're Korean. My people, I call them what I want. Don't start telling me that I can't RP what my citizens are and what they aren't (at least ethnic-wise). Which I conveniently have named Korean culture. Korean culture in Shilla and on the RL Korean Peninsula is what I have defined it to be as I ruled over the area and over the nation since forever. If you're going to start telling me that I can't name my culture, then I'll start calling yours something weird. No.
  10. Monos Archien, we're coming for you.
  11. Epic beyond epic proportions. (Not sure that made sense....its two in the morning....cut me some slack? D:) o/ Polaris o/ Moridin o/ Greenland Republic (That's right. Screw the nine point gap to go...we're gonna barrel roll it through.)
  12. OOC: I assume this is when you are going to RP your people in my lands, yes?
  13. I think that the MR GR is on an epic road.
  14. Just you watch. We also has somersaults and landmasters! o/ Bob
  15. Indeed. *sticks the Pinkolution flag on top of MCXA*
  16. Greenland Republic: Showing you that barrel rolls are actually doin' it rite.
  17. Nah. We've got way too many. Plus, we've got somersaults and landmasters as backup. Shh. Let us have our minute in the sun man.
  18. Good show MK. Sadly, we haven't used up all of our barrel rolls yet.
