As a seldom poster here I would like to echo some sentiments from others. Ammon has been upfront and honest with the info regarding RD/FARK coming into this conflict. We did inquire about support prior to the TPF blitz the other night. Since the blitz we have made no such inquires. Please keep in mind the forum landscape and the threats from many against LE due to our own aggressive actions. We would be remiss in our roles if we did not consider the possibilty of multiple alliances coming against us. Which is why I tip my hat and applaude TPF for coming at us alone. I for one think TPF has conducted themselves bravely and honorably in the past few days. I <S> the bunch of ya's.

What 40 nukes? Please get your facts straight. There was absolutely nothing disingenuous about the DOW the daddyAGW wrote and posted. For that matter we could have gone further up but it was decided to fight and attempt to keep it civil as a border war. As far as GDAs threat to us, well..........I cannot tell you all how many attempts have been made in the past couple days for us to join and fight against Judement. LE has no stake in that silly political chest beating. We also have no desire to add up numbers to make sure we have 10 times the numbers of nations before we attack someone. LE will react however we need to and reset assured we do not fear GDA. I do find it unfortunate that they seem to be perfectly fit being MHAs lapdog with no desire to win on their own. But that's their choice, play and let play.

I've been wondering if CE was ever going to grow some balls and fight back from TPFs tech raids? 5 week left in the round as you wanna resolve things diplomatically? YAWN

TE's timetable just makes the nukes aspect a total anchor to the round. Nukes should be much much harder to aquire so the round is conventional warfare for at least 80-90% of the round. This would stop much of this chest beating "I'll nuke you if you respond to my tech raid" crap. I understand the nukes in the long term aspect of regular CNs but it's ruining TE.

I like the idea as well.........interesting possibilities would be NO NUKES....also make the start time like 9 hours after the reset so you put the most possible players out of synch for the start.

We have no problem fighting GDA. I think their reason to enter as as thin as a contact lense but that is still their business. I would however appreciate GDA nations not using "GDA Defense" for a reason of war. That is just ridicilous. No one attacked GDA...GDA is the PROVEN aggressor here and began it's attacks last night on LE nations. This entrance was their descision so I'm very curious of just who it is you are Defending from?

Boy I have to agree with Metal here. GDA enters a war that is pretty evenly matched number wise. They enter because their treaty partner who started it all is getting beat. Now we get to hear a lesson in do not escalate upon the alliance that escalated. That's funny right there! You guys amaze me.

Well it looks like the saga continues.............The big bad #2 150 man Alliance is jumping in to fight an alliance 1/3 it's size. Wow such brave hero types out there. I hope your nations are proud of it's stellar leadership that feels it needs to defend it's fellow alliance that jumped in to fight the other alliance 1/3 of it's size. Still waiting to hear from the big strong leader of the 2/3rds bigger alliance?

I could not agree more on BOTH points. Navy is totally useless in TE while spies and spy ops are grossly to expensive and handcuffed by the quantity of land and the ease of aquiring nukes.

I would like to see a change to longer conventional war period during the round. Nukes are way way to easy and cheap to aquire. More emphasis on spy operations would make overall gameplay more strategic. As it stands now the ridicilous quantities of nukes totally undermine and render spy planning useless and a waste of money. I would also like to see the navy numbers changed so they are actually worth using.
