let me break it down barney-style.We by no means want a war. We posted how we valued our property. This value does not change according to the wealth of the offender.The GPA will never declare war on someone without provocation. We are not "looking for a fight". We are rather happy to farm our infra and generally ignore everyone else's interactions with eachother.
if a 16 year old catches a five year old kid playing with his stuff, and the older child demands that the younger kid pay him $50 or get curb-stomped, what do you think the intentions are of the older kid?
the younger child has no means to procure $50, let alone 10. but they can take away something else that means something. the price GPA demanded is unattainable by LSF. GPA knows this. everyone knows this. so the only reason for making the sum so unreasonably high is so that LSF can be your little war game.

if LSF was a signatory of your precious Declaration of Neutrality, how in the world did you not have ANY ambassadors over there talking to them at any point in time? "yay! we signed a DoN, and everything is wonderful now!"? way to fail at politics/diplomacy.We had absolutely no knowledge of their internal process nor has a actual LSF member made this assertion. Regardless it is not our place to dictate or comply with their internal workings. Remember they were the ones who spied on US. -

it's a pity the membership of your alliance elected people to represent them that don't have an ounce of respect in their bodies. there's a time for harsh words, and there's a time to hold your tongue. hawk stated that he spoke for the alliance, and being the voice of the alliance, the alliance has your back. he'll learn one way or another.I never said it was. 90 some odd people didn't want war. 2 people couldn't keep there mouths shut, and do what should have been done. Those who are in peace mode don't want to be punished for those 2 people.when peace talks commence, i'm sure that CMEA will select some people that are more willing to be better at the game of diplomacy than sarriz and hawk were.

my alliance has friends in RLMMO, and we'd like to see them do well. ASC extortion schemes, and post cease fire attacks being status quo, i dropped them a line here letting them know that one of their member nations went rogue.
the last time i tried to contact them directly, i was never replied to. the last time things of this nature were attempted in private channels, things got out of hand.
this wasn't for the drama. and the only thing that ASC had to say was , "crap- we're on it."

the status quo at the beginning of this was "deny, deny, deny." not that it is now, but i wasn't going to take this into private channels where i would get the cold shoulder.You could get on IRC, and I have registered on many forums to fix problems. Bad form on you being too lazy/really just wanting the ASC to look bad.You really should put effort into private channels sometimes, it looks better on you also.
so i don't know how to set up IRC, don't care to get pushed around on ASC's forums.
you really should put some effort into not harbouring rogues sometimes.

either way, this thread was addressed to ASC as well, since it's their kid starting a war with RLMMO once again.

RLMMO is an alliance that was being preyed upon by ASC.What is RLMMO?Also, private channels next time. This doesn't require its own thread.
i don't know what country Remlin runs, nor do i know who their leaders are, so i made the thread here. that, and the fact that they had such a PR fiasco with denying the attempted extortion of a smaller alliance...
this definitely needed to be public.

just figured you might want to know that you have a rogue in your alliance. unless something else has happened between your alliance and RLMMO... but the most current news on your site is that war ended and to offer peace( http://z14.invisionfree.com/LAR/index.php?showtopic=3616 ).
i tried to find a copy of your charter/constitution in the CNwiki(which needs to be updated) or on your forums, but you have to be a member to read them, so i gave up.
i expect this guy to be declared rogue and RLMMO gets a free shot at ZIing him and reparations be paid to Edgedom by ASC, but that's just me. well, a lot of people will feel that way, but we'll see what really happens.
add to the fact that his declaration was "for ASC"... just... very bad form.

man. this all got resolved, and i had some juicy quotes pulled to make a killer statement. oh well. i'm glad that RLMMO got peace under terms that they found acceptable.
advice for ASC: if you're going to pretend to be the Planet Bob Police Force, defending against the injustice of tech raiding... you might want to send PMs to the nations that are doing it before declaring an all-out assault. not everyone handles a full scale attack the same way, and i will admit that RLMMO acted rash- but it's inexcusable to make a practice of recipro-raiding under the guise of "putting an end to tech raiding," then following it up with extortion.
also: nations that don't listen to alliance policy, ie: cease fire declarations, are called rogues.
i've said my piece. the conflagration is ended, hopefully, and change will occur, also hopefully.

Military - Purchasing military provides three functions 1) defend your nation against foreign attacks 2) deploying soldiers overseas to attack other nations and 3) a police force for your population (a strong defending military will make your citizens happy) Purchasing military will increase your total population count but you will not be able to collect taxes from your military personnel.
Beside your solider counts in-game you will notice a number in parenthesis such as Soldiers: 100 (135). The number in parenthesis beside your actual solider count is you soldier efficiency level. The solider efficiency level indicated how well your soldiers are at controlling your population and performing in battle. In the example provided here the (135) indicates that your 100 soldiers make an effective fighting force of 135 soldiers. Soldier efficiency levels are affected by certain trade agreements such as Aluminum and Pigs, improvements such as Guerilla Camps and Barracks, certain events, and certain government types.
red text should read, "solider count is your soldier efficiency level". not a bad mistake, just grammatical.
the blue text... the correct spelling is "guerrilla", two 'r's, and it's driven me up a wall since i started playing.

i don't even know what your flag looks like. i don't much pay attention to them unless they stand out in my mind, so i either didn't see your flag anywhere or you might want to post it so that people will know to either a)stay away from the design, or b)improve upon the design and cash it in for 3mil. ;P

you didn't get the message from the second attack on the 16th until midnight+3seconds. this occurred because of the server lag when everyone and their mother was launching attacks right before/after the update.

I didn't say it was, it was a response from the why didn't everyone let GGA and GOONS duke it out.
MADP I understand, that's cool, but bringin cause they did X to that alliance just makes it sound very opportunistic. Constructive critisism here is all, not flaming ya.. next time I'd recommend saying "we declare cuz our super cool friends activated said treaty" 
so you must not have read very far into the first post of this thread... because this line is in it:
