The Sergeant, a combat medic, crouched over a bleeding Krieglandian.
"Damn, the bleeding is too much, he thought."
He called out "Someone get me some chitosan!"
Chitosan was a potent anti-bleeding powder extracted from basically crab shells. The powder can even cause entire amputation stubs to clot.
As he cried out for the powder, the war roared around him.
Helicopters and UCAVs advanced upon the city, tearing destruction through Rebel strongholds.

The big explosion set the entire plan into motion. Driving an APC, he transported 12 special crack forces as part of a strike force of a total of 20 armored vehicles and 400 men meant to pierce Kantubek and destroy the center of Rebel resistance.

The MiG-1.44 let go of a humongous bomb on the Rebel's armory. A large explosion ensued, and as the dusty mushroom cloud dissipated, little more of the building existed more than a few concrete rubble here and some re-bar rods there.
That was the signal for a general attack.

The town of Heinstadt in Brest Voblast had poised a major political dilemma to local policymakers for a long period of time. The town, lying near a four way border between Belarus, Kviyan' Rus, Dalmatia, and Deutschland, had a majority German population, which opposed every step of the development of the ethnic Slavic Union. Finally, a plebiscite conducted in the small hamlet region concluded that a majority of citizens favored political union with Deutschland. Respecting their decision and eager to rid themselves of a thorn at the side of local politicians, Deutschland was contacted about the plebiscite and naturally accepted their request to join Deustchland.

Treaty of Kishinev
At Kishinev met two European nations, looking to amend their torn ties. Out from Kishinev sprang a promising friendship that looks to last millenia. The Federal Union of the Slavic Republics and Greater Dalmatia agree to the following document.
Article I.
Both nations recognize each other to be sovereign nations and promise not to attack or otherwise engage in harmful activities against each other.
Article II.
In the best interest of both economies, all trade tariffs and embargoes are lifted.
Article III.
The Kishinev conference will reconvene in 48 hours to discuss a possible ODP upgrade.
Article IV.
Cancellation of this treaty requires 72 hours advance notification.

Also, we like to take this chance to express our regret at our decision concerning the previous RSSN application for entry, and hope that the other member states will also see the new direction in which the RSSN is currently headed and how that runs parallel to the spirit of PEPTO.

Agreement of Krizograd/Gavanograd-na-Antarktida
Article I.
The Federal Union of the Slavic Republics and Acca Dacca recognize each others sovereignty
Article II.
The Federal Union of the Slavic Republics recognizes the sovereignty of Acca Dacca over all of the Western branch of former Soviet Russia.
Article III.
The port facilities of Gavanograd-na-Antarktida will remain under the administration of the Federal Union of the Slavic Republics, although no military ships will dock or resupply there.
Article IV.
All plans to return any land to Dranagg has been cancelled.
Article V.
Acca Dacca recognizes the Eastern Branch of the former Soviet Russia as the Union Republic of Slavic Antarctica, under the sovereignty of the Federal Union of the Slavic Republics.
Article VI.
The Federal Union of the Slavic Republics and Acca Dacca recognize this agreement as the permanent solution and end to the Soviet Russian- Union Republic of Belarus War and the diplomatic and civil conflict concerning the future sovereignty of the land formerly belonging to Soviet Russia, immediately following the War.
Article VII.
This agreement cannot be cancelled.

The East part of Soviet Russia, the one next to Dranagg, is part of the Federal union.

The fact remains that this was never a colony, but moreso a base of the former Taiwanese Empire. They do not wish to be apart of another colony, so Acca Dacca had attempted to find a new leader for it. A regional leader. It was never a colony of Acca Dacca, as it along with all the other lands of the Taiwanese Empire, been given to Acca Dacca. We simply wish to find them a new regional leader.If the Belarus conquerers can grant what the people of the region want, and what is best for them in general, that would be very helpful for thier future.

The land was transferred with no reference as to whether there will be a returning of the land even if Soviet Russia fell into Anarchy. This, plus the fact that the settlers of the area were Soviet Russian as well as the fact we are currently using that land to host most of the refugees, in addition to the fact that with the exception of a small area surrounding the bay has been returned to the protection of Dranagg, makes this a practical impossibility. Perhaps maybe the Soviet Russian government should have notified Acca Dacca before declaring war upon the Federal Union?
However, if Acca Dacca wants some land from Antarctica, for whatever odd reason, we are willing to provide for some compensation in the form of some parts of the Eastern portion of the Soviet Russian nation, which is currently being depopulated due to the damage from the war.

Due the passing of the Europe First Policy, a highly controversial decision has been made by the Presidium of the nation. The Federal Union of the Slavic Republics is notifying the Holy American Empire of the cancellation of the Belarus-Phoenix Empire MDoAP. In 72 hours, the treaty will be nullified.
