At the helm of this ship is Hisk and Robony to sail the rough seas of TE hit a storm they did and slander they did face. Hisk unfit to rule Hisk was a disgrace Robony is so unknown most don't know he exists. But, commanding a ship never about what outsiders think Your crew is what matters and their opinions true Hisk and Robony are loved by their crew. To dismay of outsiders and the glee from within, They shall lead Harmful again! [b]------------------------------------------[/b] Ok poetry aside I am back from long trip to Venezuela and excited to start playing more seriously again. More importantly I will not be leading the next round either so any issues with Harmful please take it up with HISK and ROBONY accordingly. That said I am glad to be back and see old TE friends on all sides of the pond. Thaisport

I can tell EVERYONE that there hasn't been ANY Anarchy in Harmful. There's a huge difference between in-active and anarchy. The transition to the new government was very smooth. In fact, none of this would have happened without my final say... The entire team knows that Harmful was and still is my baby even in my up coming absence. I have full confidence in the people I leave in charge. It is also time for new blood and ideas thus a change is good and needed from my standpoint which is why Robony and Hisk are now in charge. Also note that the ENTIRE SENIOR STAFF is completely in tact. Thaisport

As of today 12/19/2009, there will be a official leadership change effective immediately. 1. Robony & Hisk will take command of Mostly Harmful Alliance. Executive Director - Robony Associate Executive Director - Hisk 2. They will also be leading the alliance in the new round. 3. I resign my leadership position and return to the default role of Chairman. I want to apologize to all and especially my alliance for not being available much at all especially during the last 3-4 weeks. I've gone from being sick to insanely busy in real life which is why it's been very hard for anyone to get hold of me. This coupled by early fighting and inactivity have cause Harmful to be extremely quiet this round. More Importantly I will not be around next round as well. I am not leaving the game but I will be even more inactive as I will be out of the country for one month starting 12/22/2009. I entrust the alliance to both Robony and Hisk and absolutely believe that Harmful will be quite active and fun next round. Before I sign out, I would like to say one more thing. I know you have been trying to get white peace with us at MHA. I have been really sick and I'm still pretty sick right now which is why I've not been on much at all. That said, There's no need to apologize. This is TE and wars are going to happen regardless of whether one is ready or not. It was fun and we will all move on. I took over after the war began with MI. That said, leadership at the time had enough creditable information to know that Harmful would have been a meat shield for MI and if MI had won, Harmful would have be damaged enough that even if Harmful was still #2 at the end of the round, we would have been crushed by MI. With that Elborrador, it becomes a game of he said she said, which if I'm correct is what WE both agree has no place in TE. I don't condone taking action for past actions either. But I'm a little surprised you needed to answer as such as it seems you haven't actually let go of the past (I could be wrong here but that's how you come off in your comments above).

To be honest, many people have left their foot print on TE. Whether it's LW, Sethly, Elborrador, Tibs12, BG, and others. I don't know what the point most influential alliance/leader/event really is because anyone can call their friends to vote for them (not that I think anyone would). The attempt is fine but I doubt you can actually measure accurately someone's influence on TE via a poll. For me, it has always been and will always be about the people that play. If I can help someone learn the game teach them leadership skills, then I'm already happy. I've done my share of politics in TE and prefer to stay low key.

I agree with you... Harmful hasn't has a treaty since round 4. I've been there where OP is now. Problem is there isn't a fix admin can put on the system because the problem isn't the game, it's the people play it. People know it's a game yet people still get attached as if it was real. There is no one right or wrong way to play. Only thing you can do, especially as alliance leaders and senior gov, is to find a balance for your members. Too large they call you evil. Too small you get raided till the end of time. Too passive they blame you for problems and use it as an excuse to hit you. Too aggressive and they form a bloc against you calling you evil. Too poor a leadership and you become the butt of all jokes. Only one thing you can do. Screw worrying about others. Play the way you see fit. Play hard and have fun. If it doesn't work try something new. Just as I've pointed out before and many people after me as well, quit whining and just play.

Spearo, Dunno what he was implying but I do know some of the senior staff at OP and Jim as well and I have nothing but respect for them. There's a bunch of bright guys on that team earning respect in both SE and TE. So before anyone want to try and turn this into something political, think twice because, I do consider OP a friend to Harmful regardless of status of war. Hiro, to make it simple enough, LE are our friends. They asked us for help so we did. Simple? We were going to hit LE too but in truth odds were already greatly stacked against them so we went with OP only. I wanted to hit both because BOTH sides were whining too much about war. This is TE, I have no issues with wars, where it sucks is for uncalled disrespect of one another. SO lets keep it on point please.

It was probably more than I expected lol... most of my members this round are right in the middle of midterms and school projects... to be honest it's a tough round as many active members are much more inactive this round... oh well so be it. I'll take 25 over 3.

Fun is relative and different to each individual. For some waiting till the end is fun while others enjoying fighting all round. The is besides the point. There is no right or wrong way to play. The problem isn't how you achieve fun rather the lack of respect towards others and the game itself.

If there's one thing I've learned about Survivability in TE it is this: It's not stupid if earned through respect. This is nothing to do with treaties or any such gimmicks. People will come and/or stay in your alliance round after round you have earned their respect. Therefore if you have earn respect from the community and you treat others with the proper respect, you alliance will survive. It is only stupid when people need to use gimmicks and underhanded methods to try and ensure their survival. The proof of this is Harmful. We have survive many curbstomps in a row spanning rounds and have given them and though tough beatings they are still with harmful. (Though I'm sure some just don't care to change aa but are never active lol)

Not an issue I normally vent in TE about, however, with each passing day the political climate is becoming more SE petty and piss poor every passing day. I predicted a boring round this round and those who don't believe me can ask most of the sanctioned alliance leaders that have spoken with me. That said, OWF and IRC has become something of a political cat fight with he said she said by everyone. No disrespects to anyone of the alliance leaders in the game but there is just WAY TOO MUCH fear and over thinking by just about everyone. 1. OP can't hit anyone because any move they make will result in a gang bang against them because people will use excuses to call OP the evil alliance. 2. Other alliances are afraid of hitting OP because if they don't have enough backup or the support isn't there they will be crushed like ants. 3. Others are trying to incite confusion, tension, and fear to stir up trouble ( Tiberius12 ) while other still have no clue what they even want to do I'm sorry but people seem to have forgotten what TE & SE is all about... Having FUN without disrespecting each other. Why do you even PLAY TE if you are not going to have fun in the first place. So many old timers in this game no longer lead or have left TE all together because the people playing have become nothing but petty whiners. People need to quit with their ego trips and figure out why they are playing. I know I like to have fun, I have no problem trying to be the best nation or trying to get Harmful into #1 alliance position. I have no problems putting my ALLIANCE before my NATION and FEAR NO ALLIANCE OR NATIONS in this game. Why? Because it's nothing more than PIXELS on a screen. I play because of the friendships I've made in this game and the challenges good opponents throw at me. I enjoy winning and hate getting smashed just like everyone else. But you will not hear me whine about getting hit and will always play whatever hand is dealt to me. If you can't respect each other and still war one another to the ground. You don't belong here. If you are too afraid to make decision in fear of what others think, you don't belong here. If you can't take a beat down without whining and complaining, you don't belong here. Finally if you can't enjoy the game (wars, curbstomp, beat downs, raids, lost infra, etc) YOU DON'T BELONG HERE. My condolences... Life is neither cruel or kind & time never waits for anyone. Appreciate those lost for who they were and the wonderful gifts they brought to our lives. Most importantly, you need to take care of yourself in body, mind, and spirit. Understand and accept the hard times. Always staying positive. Act, think, be positive and you will find that even when you are stuck in your most darkest hour and you can't seem to find light, your inner glow and light will shine bright and guide you.
