I HEREBY DECLARE THAT ORBIT BLACK WILL CONTINUE TO EXIST IN ROUND 11. i would like to thank Qazzian for leading OB past few rounds. and due to his lack of time, i will be taking over from him this round. expectedly, qaz has set high standards as OB leader which i will try to stand upto and deliver. as of gov, it will be me as leader and MoFA, jarvis as MoIA, and AdFidem as MoW. these positions can be subjected to changes as and when needed and will be informed to all. for membership, its a simple rule:- COME ONE, COME ALL, JOIN ONE, JOIN ALL. woo. nice speech. but frankly, we didnt wanted a blitz, had we wanted it, we could have organised one. but since we were attacking OP and LE (and not aztec) a blitz or not wouldnt have done much damage, coz those alliances are very big, unlike aztec.

we did not chose MHA, we were asked by SWAT to help them. thats how we came in, and yes, i wnted to give some fun to my alliance members. no hard feelings at all from me.
