TUO HQ:
The GLS law authorities and the military finally fought their way in after two days of fighting. Some of the surviving TUO members fought on, but many others attempted to escape. What the law authorities and the military did not expect was a swarm of 50 cars bursting out of the building, including 3 tanks. The TUO tanks were blown up quickly and the cars were fired at, but the surviving 19 cars that made it out of the shooting continue to try to fled. 30 local, state, and federal police cars chased after the gang cars.

Driver (Kevien): "Do we have any weapons?"
Passenger (Bob: "Yep, no need to worry."
Police helicopter bull horn: "PULL OVER IMMEDIATELY OR WE WILL FLATTEN YOUR TIRES!"
Bob opens the window and dumps out the thumbtacks, resulting in several police cars' tires being blown, and sent 10 police cars skidding everywhere, causing the other police cars to crash into their buddies.
Kevien: Ugh, more police cars.
Bob: No problem.
Bob digs around in the car, and finds a still smelly bag of dog poo
Bob: Oh they are going to love this...
Police car's bull horn: "Pull over or it will get messy for you!"
Bob opens the bag of dog poo and throws at a police car, causing the driver to unable to see and panic and smash into several other police cars.
Kevien: Heh, I doubt they are going to shoot at us. $100 says they aren't going to.
Bob: 100 ham sandwiches say they are going to.
Police officers open fire at them
Bob: You lost.
Kevien: Did not. You see, this car is still driving fine.
Rear car tires get blown off by the police officer's machine gun fires and the car skids around out of control.

Hello Kitty gang mission: Disease hostage
Goal: Capture the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP) and the Military Disease Engineering and Storage facility. Then threaten to release all of the hazardous diseases, such as the Great Lakes Killer Flu (a disease that lead to the destruction of the nation), Diberian Zombie Virus, and Rage Parasite (small outbreak occurred in the nation, but was stopped before it got worse). Then demand $100 million ransom to avoid having to release all of the diseases.

Deadly anti-aircraft fireworks:

Comments: The flash powder that was the strongest emitted most amount of light and sound, nearly 4x higher than some of those Class B display fireworks. However, we are not sure if it could actually disturb an aircraft's supersonic flows. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shock_wave

you know several countries have taken to landing their aircraft on long strips of highway. Just make certain points of the roads reinforced for aircraft handling, and deploy the fighters and such out of barns.
But then if your enemy finds out, then they will start bombing the highway system to pieces and any buildings that look like it could shelter an airplane.

OOC: Just so you know, HHAYD, all of our pilots, soldiers, and military personnel are equipped with helmets which would shield their eyes from that.

We are providing industrial support for any nations fighting against GNR. If you wish for us to produce certain products, please submit a production plan for it. If you are worried about submitting the production plan, you may sent in other people to build the production machines.
Also, we are designing something nasty for the GNR. Very useful...
Now time the strength of those by five and use it against enemy aircrafts, soldiers, vehicles, and naval ships by delivering them through artillery shells, rockets, or missiles. Lots of blinded and stunned enemy pilots, soldiers, and naval sailors, not to mention nasty burns and painful death.

OOC: Wait, am I allow to RP the development of special fireworks launched through rockets? Even though they don't exist in RL (never heard of a nation's military that uses fireworks against enemies), it is possible to build one. I think you would know what will happen if jet bomber/fighter pilots get blinded by the flashes and has several anti-aircraft missiles flying toward them.

You could also use your Military Advisor tool to max out your military and see what your nation can support, without incurring extra upkeep expenses or breaking surrender terms. However, make sure you RP the expenses of having a full standing army.
I like that suggestion. I do not want to harm my IG nation's growth just because I needed a navy, CMs, and aircrafts for CNRP.

Another edit to the plans, for security, there will be an inner wall made up of mostly insulation to keep the vibration and noise level down. The concrete wall will also be furthered reinforced with steel arch beams inside, and the concrete wall will be thicken from 6 to 8 meters thick. Engineers will also constantly monitor the vibrations from the ground level and lower the depth of the tunnels until the vibrations are hardly noticed by the monitors or when it is impossible to drill the rock.
EDIT: Fatal engineering and calculating error. It turns out that there needs to be more reinforcing for the tunnels, and the cost was way underestimated. Tunneling project will be delayed once the main elevator shafts are completed until future notice.

Another question, what if you are a modern nation, but doesn't have an IG air force since there is no threat anytime soon (and I can instantly buy airplanes if I get attacked)? Would that mean you can't have an airforce in CNRP?

Good penetration is also achieved in dry sandy soils or massive dry materials such as granite, limestone, and concrete where the depth of penetration could be up to 15 m. In moist and/or clay-laden soils and soils with high electrical conductivity, penetration is sometimes only a few centimetres.And my underground train tunnel is about 200 meters deep...
And of course, my nation's engineers are going to test if they can detect any movement from the train tunnel. If they do, then the depth will be increased until their monitors hardly detect it.

OOC: Which is why I am going to tunnel under other people's nations, and build the underground stations. However, I am going to leave them incomplete (emergency exit elevator shafts, emergency exit stations, underground airfield, and underground airfield elevator shafts won't be finished) to avoid detection. In times of war, I think you get what happens next to the enemy nation that I already tunneled underneath.

OOC: Compared to all of the CNRP nations around my nation, it seems like my nation's defense system seems more geared toward counter-attacking, anti-aircraft defense, and rapid reinforcement/supplying.
And indeed it is scary, my IC government thought all of the neighbors were up to something, so you get the result.

Seems like whenever GNR is losing, it just has to fire off all of their WMDs. WMDs are for the weak.
As a result of this, Great Lakes State has activated their emergency plans, in case if the radiation and the diseases spread into North America.
