Since you've been away for a while: It doesn't matter whether or not NPO renounces the doctrine. As they have been so fond of pontificating, international rights only extend to the point you can defend them. They have no right to the red team if they can't enforce it. This guy has a perfectly legitimate claim to set up a red alliance, and the NPO can do something about it if they don't like it. Not cowardice or opportunism, just another nation in a state of nature claiming its rights.

Not all that clever really. Some incredibly stilted conversation that doesn't resemble anything like what those people post like (at least here), from an "upper gov" forum that the spy would have known they shouldn't have had access to, a forum with no work done on it at all, from an alliance that has been openly, ham-fistedly baiting Vox to post screenshots for weeks. Hell, even Nintenderek picked up that something wasn't quite right here. I'd guess somebody on that side figured out how to use a doomed spy to their advantage, but that's just me. I'd say they certainly now know how Q planned to catch the spy in their forums.

Do you control the new forums or something? I don't know if NPO will accept you if you don't have root admin or have guaranteed access to the most private of GGA channels. They do have standards you know, and being a prior GGA member, particularly .gov, means you probably don't meet them.
