    Times have changed, and as such we only allow one nation per network. You shouldn't be deleted for it now, but please refrain from trying again. Since the system has detected multiple nation logins from one IP, you can never again send aid to one another.

    It is perfectly normal. As in the real world, you can have more than one of the same good or bad thing happen in succession.

    Have you or your friend ever logged on to each other's computer to check your own nation? If the system detects a similar IP or network, it will flag those nations if they attempt to interact.

    You cannot be on the same network, period. Each nation must have its own IP or else they will be flagged for cheating and removed.
