    Your reading comprehension is fantastic. That term means that NPO nations at 75k NS couldn't bulk up to above 80k NS after the terms were signed and then count towards the 1M NS pacifica needed to bring out from above 80K NS. How you could even think you may begin to twist it to mean that we can't fight on other ranges is unfathomable.

    Xiph is what is wrong with CN, plain and simple. A CN without him is a far brighter world and anyone who thinks different needs to open their eyes. He is the sole member of the upper echelon of alliance leaders trying to carry on the New Pacific Order's old style of play that we all fought so hard with to destroy.
