We, at ODN, were accused of badnwaggoning. But if you actually read our Charter, we followed the schedule. Boring paper work if you will but it took us over 48hrs to declare. Bandwaggoning? I think not. Just going through the normal legislation stuff as any other problem.

The probability of the aggressive end to build a "legit" Cassius Belli for their allies so they can use an MDP on an aggressive war must not be at all a possibility.

If the Justice League wins, it's obvious the tensiosn will remain. Once we got rid of the opposing bloc, minus a few treaties here and there, we'll all probably go back to our friends (ODN-Legion, NPO-NpO ...) until something emerges and we fight against eachother. Repeat ad vitam aeternam.

Regardless of what happens to the UJP, how do you think the NpO and friends will treat the alliances who broke treaties in this war?
If you betray someone, you lose trust, and the world sees it. It makes it that much easier for your word of honor to be laughed at and not taken seriously. Whatever the result of this war, the true colors of some alliances have been shown. When some do not honor treaties because "they dont feel like it", it makes future treaties that much more suspect.
And you missed mine: to be worthy of ES's betrayal, we'll have to still be up there and kicking. If we lose and die, there's nobody to stab in the back ...
But I got the rest of your/his point.

1. When TheEric went into GOONS' IRC and asked for gov, someone (Sarafina, I think) stated before anything was asked 'Don't bother, you're not ZIing btoth'. Which means btoth did something wrong and GOONS' gov knew it. When ODN gov arrived with questions and facts, GOONS gov spit into their face and laughed. So any proof we had will remain ours now ...
2. The DoW is made, nations' anarchied on both sides. The winning side of this war will be the side of truth, the losing side will be wrong. No matter what facts say.
No point in arguing anymore. Have fun, kids.
EDIT: and for those telling us we're bandwagonners, read our Charter and check how long it takes us to get into war.
