I think if you look at the second one you may notice that it closely resembles your own nation save for slightly more infra.

I don't think you remember some of the things that NPO did...

I think what happened is skype loaded a feature onto your computer that whenever you see a number it volunteers to phone it for you. Or at least thats what is happening to me. So its a skype thing, not a CN thing.
