  1. I don't think you possibly can think less of an alliance which is number 1 on the leader board, militarily, number of nukes, number of senators, number of spheres in control of self or immediate allies, number of MADP allies in the top 10.

But other than the occasional tech ring or star (a rarity I think), they don't have much organised aid. Also Op. Gangreen, which I do not know exactly what it is but no nation as I have seen thus far has received more than 3m in that. I believe it's a way of perhaps paying for the GPA tech to nations who fought in the war? Either way, it's horribly inefficient.

Have you heard the MIB slogan? The best of the best of the best?

NPO would more or less be... The best of the best of the worst.

"It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one's mouth and remove all doubt."

As the Bank Overseer for almost 2 years I think I'm well placed to pass comment on this particular issue. For a start, as Comrade Bakunin pointed out, the Pacific Bank is globally acknowledged as being the best aid distribution system on Planet Bob, sending tens of billions to Pacificans and allies alike on a regular basis. Consider this: the Order has by far the highest membership of any alliance on Planet Bob, numbering well over 800. What this traditionally means is that our recruiting department works well, and so we have a disproportional number of new and very small nations. Interesting then that the Order also has the joint highest average strength of the sanctioned alliances. Clearly the Pacific Bank is doing slightly more than you assume.

Let us take the example that you brought up: Operation Gangreen -- one of the aid operations initiated in the immediate aftermath of the GPA war. This single operation (and there are many running) actually distributed to 6 million to 700 nations each, totalling 4.2 billion.

I mentioned that this was just one single operation, so I should expand on that slightly. On top of the 4.2 billion sent out as part of Operation Gangreen, the Pacific Bank has sent out 5.86 billion to Pacificans over the past 3 months, and in the two weeks prior to that we funded 1.5 billion to our Polar brothers. Moreover, the Tech Corps is a different department altogether, so if you want to include tech rings you can raise those figures a good few hundred million.

Next time you decide to try and fabricate figures against the Order, try to do it to a less organised department. ... On second thoughts, you'd probably be better off just choosing a new alliance.

  2. This is one of the justifications for the FAN war. A minor one, though. Red is not NPO sovereign territory, though, until you make a claim like this (by definition). So justifying such a move by saying it's sovereign territory is kinda circular logic and nitpicking over whether or not FAN could effectively do the same is kinda lame.

I think you missed the last 18 months of CN politics, Red is NPO territory, this is recognised by all major powers past and present. One would think by our continued removal of red team alliances this might have been demonstrated.
