    Can't an ant get some weeklong rest without everyone going and dying?
    I suppose I'll go off and start my own colony, once I find #258 he was good at that whole sex change operation thing. Always bragged about it too "I'll chop ya parts off" Man he was the best doctor we'd ever seen.
    Well time to go outside...
    I forgot to hit send, silly me. I went outside and now I'm flying. My head seems to be lodged between 2 legs. I think my head be dumber now.
    I don't know this is anymore and I've forgotten most things about stuff. I'm sure that I won't make it
    Hey, what's this roaring sound, whooshing past what I'm suddenly gonna call my head? Wind! Is that a good name? It'll do. Yeah, this is really exciting. I'm dizzy with anticipation! Or is it the wind? There's an awful lot of that now isn't it? And what's this thing coming toward me very fast? So big and flat and round, it needs a big wide sounding name like 'Ow', 'Ownge', 'Round', 'Ground'! That's it! Ground! Ha! I wonder if it'll be friends with me? Hello Ground!
    Well isn't this just a FASCINATING discovery! I, Herbert J. Windlebotter have discovered a tiny computer module! Ha! It seems to be damaged quite a bit. I must dissect it in a completely academic fashion. Hmmm this screen seems interesting I wonder what this "Post New Entry" thing a ma bobber does? I shall run an experiment on it before the dissection

    After the feast of the worms and the rebuilding everyone was tired. The queen ordered the changing of the guard so the rest of us could get some sleep
    This isn't as much of an entry as it is a random update. Sort of like the twittering of birds as they tell eachother the most insignificant updates to their lives. Like "OH OH HEY EVERYBODY LOOK... LOOK AT ME I'M TURNING AROUND DON'T I LOOK DAMN GOOD ON MY BACKSIDE!?!?"
    God they are the most annoying things on earth. A young bird took some poor ant early this morning and as he was flying off I swear he said "HAHAHA LOOK GUYS I GOT AN ANT AREN'T I THE BEST HUNTER EVER!!!" Everyone else says they are just saying "tweet," but I know better than that. Birds aren't as stupid as everyone says, just a little bit less than that. They can talk that's for sure

    Well due to our diplomacy with the Fire Ants they sent one of their own to live with us and I think we did the same with them. I feel bad for that 1 ant, no one trusts him at all

    Today...

    Today a few of us left the mound to go find some food. It started out routine a few of us had some trouble getting over giant branches nearly a half foot tall. They got slippery after the rain last night. We found a load of dead worms on the other side of the large black cliff. There was a feast later that night, but the day wasn't all happy. On our way back #9721 was hit by a strange beam coming from a giant on the horizon. It made terrible terrible sounds as my companions around me were hit by his weapon. It then covered the main entrance and it took an hour to repair all the damage he caused.
    We sent a diplomat to a nearby colony of the Red and Fire Ant Mercenary Emporium to see if we could get some protection in case the creature came back. They set up camp near us and managed to hold the thing off when it came back.
