One addition after seeing alden peterson's comments on the wonder discussion: Anti Aircraft Defense Network,... upgrade it to Missile Defense Network, with the addition of reduction to CM damage.

Unless it also provides secret aid, no matter what, most people still won't buy it. Fun, it promotes wars. Goes hand in hand with the Pentagon. Still won't buy it unless changed, screams 6 raids and 1 defeat alert, after a nuke strike. I must've missed it, govsetting for Nuke Tech? Yeah, kinda dulls the senses. Might be fun if you can upgrade your Wonders (I've seen a suggestion like that before) since the base price if this suggestion if followed will be increased anyways. Or probably more econ improvements would do nicely.

It's certainly not about the "interesting factor" for the players, heck I like simulated export/import scenarios to be added, more like physical server and coding capability of the admin

I got a feeling that market for Lead is already improved (since before) for nations that supports large navies. I haven't done any simulations, but I think for starting nations, FJ/AP/FF+wheat is quite good in gaining money, but then again it won't outperform a 3BG one in overall efficiency. This solutions are quite good except that it doesn't do much for Bonus Resources variety among nations. Well, this is a simple game with a simple market solution anyways, if you add in simulated economics it would be a strain rather than an improvement.

Have seen these suggestions of yours on the suggestions board since forever , not much is new is there? Probably you could kill two bird with one stone (secret aid and aid cap) with a tweak to the FAC wonder,... but then again, you've already said that in the boards too :|

Hmmm probably about right, the stolen tech is about 2.6 something something which probably around 50% of the usual stolen tech (which is around 5 depending of modifiers), and the destroyed infra is about 10.something something ... which is about 50% the average destroyed infra (depending on modifiers). So the battle result must be a draw, but since the status only has 2 outcomes entries, it shows as a victory.
