Here's the pretty table of events that I have quickly put together.
Aug 11 - 21:50 announcement posted regarding removal from PNU.
Aug 11 - 23:01 formally applied to Kashmir.
Aug 12 - 11:51 Boston Bruins is accepted/joins NSF, judging by his nation.
Aug 12 - 12:41 Boston Bruins mentions he got a recruitment message from NSF in his Kashmir application thread.
Aug 12 - 03:10 Application is denied from Kashmir on the grounds he joined NSF. No vote needed.
I'm pretty sure I'm not missing anything relevant. -
Well, he took up your offer to join NSF while still on our AA and answering (or lackthereof) questions in his application. He was never formally denied or accepted. He just bailed on our AA to join you per your message to him. He was on our AA and following our application procedures. Regardless of approval or denial, that's poaching from another AA and not very nice. And I don't buy that "he was on a list" excuse. That's a convenient way of covering your tracks and not accepting any responsibility. There wasn't much turnover from him being kicked out of PNU to applying for Kashmir. I call bull on that.
No, it not. I have spoken out against alliance using poaching as a legitimate recruitment tool. However most alliances, at least us, don't take offence if a member is sent a message shortly after he joined because he/she was mostly likely on a list. In this case he was on none when it happened, you guys kicked him. See below post.

I'm hoping that everyone else recognizes this for the clear CB baiting that it is. Well SirWilliam, you won't be finding one from us so I suggest you look else where. If you fancy making one up or even just using these flimsy as hell claims, then so be it. TIll then the North Star Federation will not be engaging in your pissing contest.
So it's perfectly acceptable in this world we live in to recruit applicants from other alliances? Thank you for informing me of this new dynamic change in global policy since I clearly didn't know this stuff. The only CB baiting I see here is you taking this to the ladies and gentlemen's gallery from private talks to drum up support for action/smear mud on SirWilliam and Kashmir. That's all I'm seeing here and I don't take kindly to people who smear our leader or our alliance. -
Really? You can only blame yourself and your alliance for failing to teach this individual your laws and policies. Way to totally not take any responsibility for your own obvious failure. And treason? Haha. This is really, really dumb.

Seriously? I've been around to watch alliances you have been members of government of collapse because of your inability to do anything right and your "holier than thou" complex.
