I call shenanigans, DT has never required anyone to stay in the closet.
I was Subject 0 in their supa sektri spai program.
-
All the more reason he'd enjoy MI6!
Still <3 you.
SOM, DT's greatest spy.
Does that mean I can come out of the [spy] closet now? :P

I just realized...
I have the power to maintain our sanction or take it away. I expect to be the Supreme Ayatollah Derpmaster Supreme by the end of the day.

Fark... we come for you. :ehm:

I wish I had preserved the relevant logs, but a merger was something Gino had been considering for the long time, with the personal ambition to create a super-alliance (of sorts). [sarcasm]Because the other attempts totally haven't gone downhill over time (TLR, Anarchy Inc, etc)[/sarcasm], but yeah; I think we spoke about it once or twice. I told him didn't like it, but that it was a case for DRN to decide what was best. Once it was clear DRN was on the rocks, I suppose he tried to push it through as a knee-jerk response and attempt to gain a gov position in HB. I guess it didn't really work out as he planned.
Gino wanted to relive the time when CSN was sanctioned and peaked at something like 600 members. During his short-lived tenure in CSN in his most recent iteration, he advocated for mass recruitment, whereas the rest of government (myself and Liz included) wanted smaller numbers for management purposes. And ultimately we all see how that panned out.
Actually, before my whole thing with them he talked to me about what to do, I got logs on my computer, the original plan went like this, a bloc with tJL, GPF, HB, and CSN, he asked me what I thought and shot it down, so he then shifted more towards merging micros, then wanted to merge CSN into him but couldn't get SOM to go with it, eventually he was going to go to war with CSN (he felt he was unrightfully kicked out) then offer HB to merge in or he would cancel and try the same to HB. Soooo really HB, you kept trying to find a way to roll me and a few others even after I kept you from having to deal with Gino's overinflated ego.
Regardless, HB you must love RnR. Thanks for the support.I can't recall him approaching me about merging to be honest. That isn't to say it didn't happen because it definitely sounds like something Gino would strive for; I only recall him wanted to treaty us, though I never got back to him on it. But yeah, definitely something I would shoot down immediately. The fact that the remnant of CSN merged into Invicta after disbanding (save for a few, such as myself, who went elsewhere) basically reflected our overall opinion of HB and DRN. I kind of figured he wanted to take a stab at hitting CSN, along with the rest of HB as well. Perhaps he shouldn't have tried to coup Liz by trying to recruit the people who supported Liz the most.

And how would we classify intra-alliance tech sellers? Neither employer-employee nor retailer-customer relationships accurately describe this modality. More specifically, preferential tech deals that promote nation size growth without stymieing adequate tech growth in the upper tiers. If we are going to be minimally honest, we have to rectify the fundamental differences between open market and alliance/bloc*-exclusive tech markets.
*Bloc as in an agreement made between multiple alliances to generate tech deals, such as economic treaties or even informal agreements giving "A" preferential treatment in tech deals (i.e., the relationship between DBDC and Doomsquad).

Oh boy. This shall be interesting.

There's a lot more doombirds out there.
They're just waiting to be rise and soar like the phoenix they are...DT-DBDC merger imminent. ;) Heard it first from Rota!
-
I don't think you'll pass them today, but I'd definitely put money on you for tomorrow.
Eat your words non-believer! ;)

Neck and neck race between UMB and DT right now. :o
-
Dark Templar rose by 0.08, but we didn't tie for third for the Biggest Gainer for the day? :(
-
Well bless your heart, you found a red and white peacock.
He is quite devilish; handsome, yet evil with a side of lots o' daddy issues.
-
Ah well.
Either way these are the raids so far as I can tell
So... DBDC is not just any bird, but a peacock. Doom Peacock.

Always knew SOM could pull through, proven right ITT.
It was a long road, but Auir showed me the light.
Arent you the guy who usually makes fun of the people who whine back? What happened? Change of heart?
Because Ziyaal fought back? I thought it was pretty clear what Artigo said.

No StarcraftMatzer, and two of your Triumvirate have said that StarcraftMatzer is still the High Templar of Defense and the MoD. During the discussions of my personal war, he was raiding nations and I had to talk to him as the MoD from orders of Penlunge.
Your wiki updated a little over a week ago, has him as MoD still as well. http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/The_Dark_Templar

It's Bob's fault, that penguin-waddling bark-chewer (<3 Bob). As our MoD, I guess he is just getting intel on the true enemy: Cuba.
Roll SOM o/
My body is ready. :war:

I hate it when I know more about people's alliances then they do. It makes me feel so smart, but kind of creepy too. Anyways you have a MADP. The questioning of if you had a dual citizenship was based off of one person's allegations in the thread. Also, StarcraftMatzer was confirmed as being your MoD by your triumvirate as well as a member of DBDC. I was simply asking if your allies were aware that DT Gov't is attacking other aligned nations.
Are you referring to my remarks from a week ago when you first brought this up? I was implying that we were buddies, not quasi-merged. :v:
Anyways, our treaty is here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?/topic/118890-the-dark-templar-hits-dbdc-in-defense-of-morality/
Deduce what you will super-sleuth. I haven't a clue. I'm an ACC fan. -
Wait we have a dual membership treaty with DBDC? WHERE DO I SIGN UP
Didn't know an ODoAP is now equal to a Dual Membership!
( Unless we've recently upgraded :v: )
I'm down. -
There is an Umbrella nation on the Roll Over section.
Sometimes you need to break your resistance into capitulating before the Stockholm Syndrome kicks in. ;) -
Well it's wrong then as he was in Umbrella, and applied sanctions on several NoR nations as Umbrella's senator. Unless you are saying UMB are in cahoots with DBDC?
Shhhh. You're unraveling the conspiracy too quickly. -
I don't think your squawking did much of anything. If anything, it enticed Cuba. RIP Finnish Commie. RIP Dreadnought. RIP Baron DeSandersted.
-
I also like how the active DT Minister of Defense has dual membership with DBDC and has been tech raiding people and no one has brought it up yet. !@#$%*es be tripping.
I wonder if there is a DT-DBDC treaty floating around or something. Oh right, there is. Shocker. Also, are we back to the moralism of "tech raiding is bad yo"? -
For what it's worth, I can second this. Dealing with STA in coalition channels (only happened once, but it certainly stood out) was painful.despite having no real information to know that and despite having no idea how proper coalition warfare works, as demonstrated in this thread and in years prior.

7/10. Would read again. And that SpacingOutMan will soon be a member of MI6. How's that for subtle? :|

I'd say the outlook for Pacifica is looking infinitely better in the grand scheme of things right now, especially in the long-term.I'd say so. Not as bright as Pacifica's by any means.

No commentary on how DT passed Fark? You have shown your truly colors Gopher. Your bias against us is duly noted. ;)

Woo!
MHA, we come for you. :ehm:
