I petition for a old term to be included to these surrender terms, the decommission of factories and all wonders.
Oh yes. Decom wonders, that would take 21 months for me to recover from (in terms of time to build alone). 1 Nation hurt 1billion from cost of wonders, and almost 2 years of recovering. This would without a doubt be the harshest reps ever.

Cause you spent 5 days in war mode and then ran right back into hippy mode. Forgive us for missing a nation or two when we have to focus on your more numerous smaller nations.
With so much emphasis on the top nations, the fact that you missed the largest nation is something else entirely. Especially after they had declared an offensive war. Also war doesnt last for 5 days.

I think you may be starting to get it. If you're going to have to suffer 14 days of war you guys might as well be smart enough to make your enemies pay (even just a little bit) for forcing the term on you.

Well I guess we could hit who is hitting us the most, and that would be RoK. They have almost 3x the wars with us than that of Sparta and yet not as many people. But then again I dont know who is getting reps. So maybe we should hit whoever is taking the biggest reps. Maybe we should try and make FoK lose their sanction, I mean VE and RoK lost theirs already. Maybe we should hit whoever we feel like.

My point was that if the NPO does comply with the peace terms it may be able to do a good bit of damage because those 200 or so nations currently in peace mode should have had time to at least stabilize their nations.
So which alliance should we hit?

It was said that 5 days without war is better than being at war for 5 days. I simply changed the amount.

Maybe your not...but there are currently 266 of your comrades in Peace mode. If you look at the list of NPO nations, your top 54 nations are in Peace mode. Number 55 is in war mode and from there on, there are a FEW sporadic nations in war mode up till your 96th ranged nation where war mode becomes common. So, yea...you guys continue to hide behind that hippy shield, its done wonders for alliances in the past......

One of the points of cycling through Peace is to get out of nuclear Anarchy... if you can't manage a non-nuke Anarchy collection during the first five days you are in Peace, I do believe you may wish to speak to Admin because it's clear you have managed to bypass the game mechanics.
And if you actually care about your collection amount you can just chuck the GCs if it's that bad. So no.

Yah you are right, get your choice of prize minus -5 happy or nuclear anarchy. How are we to blame if you guys (18 alliances) cant keep us from reaching peace mode, is that our fault? Sitting at 18k NS I had to wait 9 days between defensive wars, so if I went into peace, whos fault is that?

I mean that the Karma alliances are asking the NPO to unleash over 200 nations that have not been forced to fight a war within the last 5 days. Surely nations that have been in peace mode for 5 or more days are better off than those that have been involved in recent wars.
Cause yah 5 days in peace mode in nuclear anarchy will allow you to recover. Or not getting much taxes because you have GCs. Yup peace mode is a wonderful thing in order to recover the economy

Something I haven't really seen talked about yet is the damage those fighting the NPO will take if they have to face 90% of the NPO military at once for two weeks. Yes, the NPO isn't the most powerful alliance anymore, but bringing 200+ rested nations into the fight is also nothing to sneeze at.
200+ "rested" define rested, there are only like 50 that havent fought at all (above 2000 infra).

Yah VE has always been a lap dog of NPO. It seems. So I guess by that logic they yield to the alliance with the strongest NS. So I guess Sparta, TOP or MHA come on down.

Seeing as the proposed terms are public, and the clarification was in the public terms, given your response and statement that you believed something directly contrary to what was stated in the terms, I thought you were spinning. Or had not read the terms.
It appears you had not read the terms, and tried to pass judgement on them in ignorance.

I had read the first 5 pages, I figured if someone was wrong with the terms they would have been shown in the first 5 pages, especially after some of the leaders had already posted. I expected clarification apparently I was wrong and for that I will admit that.

A 2 day war they (along with OV) ended up with 1500 tech from alliance with 4000 total tech (in a bad diplomatic move by the person on the other side) provided VE paid for this
12k tech from MK
and UJW: No reps.
So I guess VE is getting progressively worse?

I would just like to point out that the entire idea behind the coalition that is currently dismantling NPO, Karma, Is not a nice thing. Karma is a cosmic balancing act. You punch someone, you get punched. you kill someones child, yours dies. That sort of thing. The coalition of karma has done a poor job of emulating its namesake as of yet, and it looks like they are trying to make up for it by actually providing decent terms this go around. In the past, NPO made nations come out of piece mode or forced the largest reps ever(at the time). what goes around comes around.
So when is it VEs turn?
