You know, if FAIL were a semi-large alliance I don't think you would be considering this attention seeking, but rather politics. Too bad though. We will continue to operate in our own unique manner regardless of our size. If you don't like it, tough.

Actually Opethian was the aggressor in his situation. So your comparison is a whole lot of fail.

Treaty of Rio de Janeiro
Preamble:
We, the representatives of the undersigned allied nations of the world, in order to form a stable organization, ensure peace and security, and assist in helping out each others' causes, do hereby establish this mutual treaty of military and fiscal aid.
Article I: Mutual Defence
Any declaration of war upon either of the signatories shall be taken as an act of aggression against the other one. Peace will only be offered through mutual consent of the nations represented by the undersigned; and only accepted under the same terms. Diplomatic channels will remain open in the event that a declaration of war by an outside nation is an unsanctioned operation.
Article II: Mutual Aggression
Neither nation is obliged to assist their other half in offensive wars, all military/monetary support is strictly to be decided by each sovereign nation, yet both are encouraged to support each other when needed.
Article III: Termination
This treaty may only be terminated if either signatory chooses to exit this treaty, and if it is terminated, they must give 30 day notice before the treaty is officially disolved in which they remain fully bonded to the provisions contained therein.

Sir, you have the word of my Nation, military and Premier, this area shall NOT destablize, The Eastern falkland island is under quarantine from the Ebola epidemic which is simply an internal affair which required international help given the limited resources of my Nation.
Now The situtuation regarding the spies execution is being resolved as we speak between the Malvinas and New Zealand, and once an agreement or a solution is confirmed i shall have a copy of the report sent to your desk immidietley to keep you in the loop sir.

New Zealand has already come forward as the host Nation of the spy and it is being resolved internally with that Nation.
I see no reason why you should try and Bully your way into this diplomatic situation as it does NOT concern the Nation of lubeck good sir.

if you wish to continue your argument about the legal recognition or the "Falsness" of the Ebola outbreak then i will be more than happy to have it presented as a case at the World court.

The spy in question released a strain of Ebola into my Nation causing dozens of deaths in what was at the time a tiny population of 170.
she was captured, inteogated and executed for crimes against humanity, genocide, terrorist acts and being a spy.
The nations of the world were given the opertunity to speak up in her defence or request extradition for other crimes commited.
nobody did.
The acts she commited are what could be compared to, with my nation being so small a community, a holocaust.
