I love the fact that my thinking Rey is a moron is NPL posturing against LPH. Too funny. The only good thing that could come of this whole diplomatic fiasco is if LPH, with all it's M-level treaties (er wait), is actually stupid enough to attack HB, to whom NPL has no ties in any way.

Since their admission into SF, Deinos have always been excellent allies to us, so it's good to see we're reestablishing ties.

And curiously enough, I don't see any declarations on HB. More proof to my point that Mr. Rey is simply all talk and no action.

Congrats on your treaty. Chimaera is a good ally to have. Will certainly have your back regardless.
I do have to question something, though. With all that bravado from the original announcement, when will we see it? Seems pretty cookie cutter so far. Not that anything is too terribly wrong with the status quo. It's just there's a long history of alliances claiming to be different, yet never fulfilling that.
This is a much more eloquently put question that had the same sentiment I posed to Gibsonator. He tells me it won't happen over night. Again, I express my doubts, but fully support the notion of breaking the status quo to create a new dynamic.

Hopefully, former members are now free to rebuild their image.
NPL has nothing to rebuild about our image. We have fought valiantly and have been fierce allies. We are content with what we have done and have nothing to apologize for, thank you. The only tarnish on our image is the one propagated by the people who decided we were terrible because we made a mistake early in our existence, a mistake we both paid reps for, which was followed by a 30:1 NS rolling (after we paid the reps). But, you know, we took white peace in that war, so we must be terrible.

Superfriends has been a shaping force in CN for a long time. I'll miss being part of something more solid than most in CN will ever understand. To all of you who showed up to gloat. Know this has nothing to do with you.

TORN earned nothing but respect and our undying loyalty here in NPL. I hope that we can carry on that friendship as they migrate to their new home in Val. At present, I wish the new home be as comfortable and warm for them as their old was. Good luck guys.
