Any and all intelligence from United Atlantian States must be shared with Louisiana, and open and honest discussion shall be the norm in all government communication Article I The United Atlantian States agree to, as much as possible, open borders and markets to Louisiana to allow for the free flow of goods. United Atlantian States ports are open to civilian vessels of Louisiana during peace time and during war. United Atlantian States are open to military vessels during war time only if Louisiana comes to the defense of one another. Louisiana is except from any tariffs United Atlantian States may have. Article I An attack on Louisiana shall be an attack on The United Atlantian States, and assistance must be offered to the best of the nation's ability. All military units are at the use for Article I For the time being, all treaties held by United Atlantian States are put on hold. Article I In the event that aggressive action is deemed fitting by Louisiana then it is the duty of The United Atlantian States to assist militarily, economically, or diplomatically based on the needs of the other. Article I If the United Atlantian States are in violation of this pact, then the nation of Louisiana may return to war with them. Article I If Louisiana is in violation of this pact and violates the sovereignty of the United Atlantian States, the pact will be terminated and the Global Peace Initiative will stand by the United Atlantian States for assistance. Article I The pact will be terminated in one year (OOC: 2 RL Month).
