In the short course of a few minutes, nuclear blasts rocked the island nation of Furon, slaughtering millions of innocents. Within the course of a few minutes, the Furion population dropped dramatically, with the death of approximately 13 million Furion citizens perishing in the initial blast, with more dying from radiation poisoning as time goes by.

---

Furion News Letter to the World

"Today, the island nation of Furion was attacked intentionally and deliberately by no less than ten, nuclear weaponry, from an unknown nation. Within a matter of minutes, nine Furion cities were erased from maps, killing millions of innocent civilians. Furon, would recognize a state of war with the state that launched the unprovoked attacks, but as of now, we only have suspicions.

Currently, those make up the island-nation of Minilla Island. It has been shown in the past that they are in fact quite hostile, as evident here:

"It is a sad day. Anytime a nation attacks an unarmed entity, it is not just an act of cowardice, but just plain murder. But, knowing who Furon shares its diplomatic bed with, I am not at all surprised."

"Anything that can be done for Mandalore, whether it be militarily or economically, will be done for her. All she needs to do is contact us."

.

We will hold off a declaration of war and any military actions, until a logical solution is find.

Be that as it may, Furon would welcome any assistance by nations that it trusts, in order to figure out the culprit behind these nuclear attacks. Thank you,"

The camera shuts off, and the Furion President, Prophet, Leader of the Church of Arkvoodle, Lord of the Sacred Crotch, steps away to his aides, located deep within the Tokyo bunker, far away from the nuclear blasts. "Arkvoodle help us..."

Jack Carter, in his lounge, was reading the "Mandalorian Times" when it came on the TV about Furon being nuked. He thought to himself "meh" and went on reading about more important things.

"Caucasia is disgusted at how Mandalore disregards the death of so many."

OOC: Okay, seriously? Escalation is bad.

IC: A task-force of the Imperial Navy formed up around Imperial Center before being dispatched towards the devastated home islands of Furon. The flotilla consisted of four corvettes, three landing ships filled with whatever spare supplies could be scraped together on such short notice, a cruiser, a battleship, and one of the Imperium's Zealot class Super-Carriers fully loaded with Helicopters supplemented by 5 squadrons of Fighters.

In addition, the Fuel-Air-Bomb equipped ICBMs normally carried aboard Imperial Battleships for a mobile reaction punch had been replaced by their fully nuclear counterparts. A further assault on Furon would be met with the Imperium's own weapons.

Mandalore...honestly doesn't care about Caucasia and how it suddenly starts acting mature concerning other nations.

If Mandalore would like to escort itself out, (OOC: Out of the thread), we'd be very pleased. The death of millions of innocent civilians is not something to be taken lightly.

We thank the PRC for the offer, although currently it would be unsafe as well as unwise to move from our present location. No, the Tokyo Bunker is a good place for now. Our food stocks are still relatively high, and thanks to the Terminals within the Meeting Room, we can efficiently run Furon from here.

Right. We have no nukes. No military. No missiles. I expect we farted and destroyed the capital, then?

You blamed Caucaisa for something they didnot do. You made up a story about them ruining your city, which inturn got them nuked. Dont play innocent when you clearly are not.

OOC: No reaction to me sending aid and stuff to Furon? </3

OOC: I was getting to that actually, in another tab. -_-

"Perhaps if Furon had greater security surrounding their Strategic Assets, a simple bunch of Ultranationalists would not have been able to spark a conflict that is now conflagrating into the potential for a Global Thermo-nuclear war?"

Is it our fault if the average Furion soldier is nationalistic? Is our fault if our men betrayed their country, even if they felt that what they were doing was right?

"No, of course not. Nationalistic men and women of the Armed Services are the backbone of any self respecting nation...

However, it IS your fault that said soldiers had access to obviously, Executive-Access-Only systems. Unless, this launch came from higher up in the Chain of Command.

In either case, it is our conclusion that you are solely to blame for your collective fates. Subsequent actions of other nations, whether in favor of Mandalore or vehemently opposed to it simply acted in kind once a nuclear asset was engaged."
