"Monaco recognizes this nation. Monaco also calls for a meeting with the new leader of this nation in regards to various issue."

-Minister of State Micheal Rogers

The newly crowned King Alfonso V was in the middle of various meetings on his personal 737 aircraft, when he glanced out the window as the jet descended, and caught a glimpse of the beautiful scenery of Monaco. Minutes later the jet landed and taxied up the ramp to the gate, where Alfonso V entered the airport with his retinue, and made his way to meet with Micheal Rogers, the Minister of State of Monaco.

The Minister of State had sent an escort for the team to make sure they reached his office.

"Welcome to Monaco King Alfonso. I have asked you to come here to discuss the future of your nation. You have proclaimed Independence for that we congratulate you, but before we recognize that there is some diplomatic papers to complete if you would wish to hear us out."

Hello Honorable Mr. Rogers. I am quite pleased to meet you.

Aragon is in a state of transition right now, as we struggle to achieve independance. I know that this may cause concern to Monaco, but the people of Aragon-Catalunya want independance, and mean no harm, nor cause any threat to Monaco. Our resolve is strong to build our own country, and achieve our own prosperity. I am most eager to do whatever it takes to assuage any concerns if I may...
The Crown of Aragon declares independance. If, for any chance the Crown falls, or the country fails, The Crown of Aragon will revert back to a Protectorate of Monaco. As long as Monaco exists.

Signed,

King of Aragon Alfonso V

Minister of Interior Vicent Aleman
Alfonso V handed the document to the Honorable Mr. Rogers, and offered his hand to him. "We are grateful to Monaco".

"We thank you for understanding and signing over the document. As such we hope for a free and successful Aragon and hope to never have to enforce this document. If you need any help ever we will be there. We are also guaranteeing your independence and wish to invite you to the Mediterranean Parliament once your country has stabilized. "
